sincerely speaking, of all the GUS editions I have been opportuned to watch, this year's seems to be the best. For the few episodes I watched, contestants to be evicted knows before hand. Infact, many already packed their bags! - No funny surprises, No totem, good show!.

And for the winning show today, I enjoy it from start to finish. No contestant coming from behind to see what the the other has been looking for!. You finish your task first and you are automatically the winner!!!.

The profit of any organisation that is in the manufacturing and sales sector must be geared towards an effective marketing department, with the full support of the management. But this was and is still lacking in Dangote Agrosacks. Like you, I don't want to mention names but can we justify the following:

Sales cannot be made to some selected customers because they are in the same business with friends to a top-shot in Agrosacks, no, not Aliko Dangote

sales executive cannot visit two customers in a day except they are opportuned to go with the company's car, if available. If the car is not available and they visit 2 customers, they will only be paid transport for visit to one customer.

How come it's the marketing staff that got the CUG line last, whereas people in account and human resources were given immediately the line were introduced to the company.

I also want people in the house know that the staff that left the rival company for three times their pay were justified. The Dangote plant is more than three times where they were coming from. With full support and backing, the profitability would have been achieved. The market is available.

My friend, nobody knows. Their letters states Redundancy. We are talking of almost 300 staff, 80% of which came from a rival company. The balance 20% are those that work directly with those that came from the rival company.

Please just be prayerful. I pray it won't be your portion and for those affected, I know God will always make a way for His own.

This serves as a signal to those that may want to leave their present job for any of the Dangote Group of Companies. If you have a place where you still manage and get your salary, DO NOT GO TO DANGOTE. You may or will regret it.

I am talking from Personal Experience, my brother and his colleagues left a rival company for Dangote with a promise of better pay and conditions, were all sacked in a day! after spending close to 1 year in Dangote, , Including a Director. I have heard before that Dangote do such, but now it's confirmed. It happened to my close brother.

Please be careful before you resign from that Job.

Primesavic Solution and Estherbreakthrough are birds of the same feather. Runnnnnnnnnnnn as fast as you can from them.

Had lots of sad experiences, but the most painful, and still painful was when I had to resign unwilling, because my direct boss got a job in a rival company.  

Though I eventually got employed by my boss in the new company, I feel sad because, I have more chances of moving up the managerial ladder in the former.

Dear Moderator,

I was banned today for trying to inform the house of a mail I received from Fir & Pine after I ignore their initial message to pay money for certain pack.

Seeing a thread was already on for fir and pine, I copied and pasted the latest mail from them, just to let the house know. The next I know was that I have been banned! for trying to scam.

I feel the least the moderator should have done is to take a look at my post and not just assume.
