I was told that I have pcos then high prolactin. That mean my hormones were not balanced.
I was giving mefomin then they said no more pcos but high prolactin. I did the ewedu therapy, carbage and I took drugs and the hormone will be balance but no pregnancy and dh spem were good.

I consulted with different Instagram people/ Dr some are known in this platform. I bought egg boast drug and different drugs. Some of those drugs are still remaining. After some months, I allowed my body to rest from drugs and I decided to go natural.

I did castor pack/ massage as well.

But what I believe help me was. I went on a weight loss program,fruits, walnut and vegetables were my best friends. I started ovulating on my own without drugs or okro water. I lost about 20kg.


A month before I took in we treated infection although we were always conscious of not contacting infections.

Also, that month we started doing the do from the back and I was enjoying it unlike before that I feel pain.. I join the fasting that took place here and me and dh did 7 days fasting to end it. For me, if test/culture indicates growth of an infection. The first thing to do is to treat n get the infection out else fertility treatment will be a total waste and at the same time the body might as well resist those drugs later.

For those placed on Addyzoa pls continue with it provided you don't have infection else, I'll advice you get your infection treated first.

For those that wouldn't mind herbal treatment, I'll advice you go for cupping to remove toxins out of the body and make those drugs more efficient when used.
Some herbal drugs like Maca root powder is also 100% efficient both for motility,morphology and libido booster.

On the pack, the dosage is written on the leaflet. But for me, because I started with proviron. What I did was that I took one in the morning and one in the night for 5 days. And I take one daily for 10 days.
That is, a card lasts for 15 days because of the way I took it... Which means 2 cards in a month. But if took 2 daily, one card will last 10 days meaning I'll have taken 3 cards in a month.

Lastly, for people with less than 5million count, it's specify they take 3 capsules daily. That's will be 4 and a half card in a month.

yes staph aureus would definitely affect sperm count negatively.

Have you done Hormone levels test? This could give a clue as to why his has the 40:40 elements in his sperm.

Is his sperm watery? Sperm becomes viscous when the underlying issues are addressed like ( infection, bilateral varicocele, male hormone balance).

Eating more green leaf veggies and strict exercise routine helps alot too after underlying issues have been addressed.

About the ACIDIC SPERM (uric acid) . This may not be a big issue. Its likely urine from his bladder mixed with the semen during its production (via masturbation) for SFA and semen analysis test. He probably was feeling the urge to urinate ,but still went ahead to produce the sperm(via masturbation) for the lab test , urine may have escaped into the test bottle.

Yet again I should also ask if he is diabetic?

What makes a sperm to be highly viscous and why is the sperm acidic (uric acid) instead of alkaline? I hope my questions are not too much.

Come April 2021, my marriage will be 5years. There have been so many diagnoses; low sperm count, high prolactin, endometritis, chocolate cyst and cervical stenosis.
We tried IUI and God made it work. We are pregnant.

For high prolactin I used Dostinex
I used herbs, foods and spices for cyst management
Endometritis was sorted by hysteroscopy and curetage
We did IUI to bypass the blocked cervix.
Please do not give up. We will all carry our babies in our womb and our hand in Jesus name.
