Wait 14 working days for them to resolve or respond to the issue.

Step 2: Escalate to the CBN.
If your bank fails to resolve the issue or ignores your complaint after 14 days, you can escalate the petition to the CBN's Consumer Protection Department (CPD) using any of the following channels:
