Okay, 28k per annum is quite small irrespective of where you live currently in the UK . I got a place in the north east around 190k for 3bedroom semi detached. And I and my wife had to do joint application else it will be denied.

No body is saying it is big, it is decent considering the median income of the country. But alleging that Government Teachers in Nigeria are doing better than £28k income earners is a blatant lie.

Net income was £1,876. Property was £155,500. 5% of that was about £7,750 which was down payment for the property. An NHS Band 5 Nurse is currently at £27,655 per annum. And you calling them "poor".

And there is no way a Government Teacher in Nigeria comes close to living a better life than a £28,000 income earner. You are talking rubbish. I was earning £28,000 per annum when I bought my first 3 bedroom apartment in Telford England. After all life expenses; I still had an equivalent of N6 million in savings at the end of the year. How many Government school Teachers in Nigeria can boast of that?

This is a big fat lie. The UK do not conduct visa interviews at least not in Nigeria. My wife and I relocated July 2021 and did not do any interviews, a couple of friends relocated recently and did no interviews. You just fill and submit your application online and schedule a date for biometrics either at Abuja or Lagos TLS offices. Your passport will either be waybill to you if you paid for the service or you will return to TLS Office to pick it up with the decision letter inside as well.
