I see lots of comments but no answer yet. OP what are you looking for in the car? Your question is akin to asking about lime and oranges. Both are good trucks but have distinct peculiarities depending on the user.

1. The Tundra has a 5.7L V8 engine and is expectedly thirsty. If you're the "fuel economy is a must" guy, avoid that car by all means! No be poor man motor but you get a good interior though. The parts are also more expensive when compared to the hilux and while it's tech loaded, I feel it may not be as reliable as the hilux which is virtually "unkillable"!

2. The hilux is a good car with a smaller 2.7L 4 plugs engine. Actually one of the best cars Toyota built in my opinion. Their interior though is so bland and uninspiring just as the camry and corolla but make up for it in hard work and reliability! Typically na bush motor! Rugged, reliable and efficient. In Nigeria I also love the invincibility factor attached to the car especially it being a government or company issued vehicle. My time with it, I had full tinted glass with covered plate numbers. Police no dey gree stop the motor.

In all though, hiluxes because of the value over here are very expensive... I actually would say they are over priced compared to their worth and they hold down their value at the second hand used car market but for Tundras, not the same can be said about them.

My points although not well articulated cos I do not want to "sew" a long thread, I believe you get the point.

Yes I do, thank you for your Contributions.

Life no balance.
If you are show Manufacturer based in Aba, pls hot me up

No Words, since we do not do investigations in Nigeria

Your network is not that good.

The battery is okay considering the high screen brightness

The battery is "Okay"? Well this is not what I went for. Redmi 8A is described as having an exceptionally good Battery. Reviews online E
Greatly exaggerated the battery power

Hmmmn

genius43:
This is not what I asked click Ranking and change to details.

Why use screens at such high brightness? It is only advisable when you are outdoors not indoors.

Yh, that is because I am outdoors half of those times

The Tundra carries a smoother, less fussed style, even while crowned by a huge chrome grille, perhaps contributing to its weight of 2560kg, 600kg heavier than the Hilux.

The Tundra is almost six metres long and two metres wide, sits 1930mm high and has 264mm ground clearance. The Hilux is just more than five metres long and 1860mm high with 210mm of clearance; it’s also narrower in the body at 1835mm.

All this translates to a bigger cargo tray for the Tundra with a 1.69m long by 1.68m wide bed (1.27m between the wheel arches) which has a damped tailgate that opens and closes with a soft touch. The Hilux tub is 1.52m long and 1.5m wide. Its tailgate opens, drops and shuts with a bang the Hilux is rated to carry 835kg, well ahead of the Tundra’s 705kg but it wins points back with a towing capacity of 4000kg, compared to the Japanese-built Hilux’s 2500kg tow load.
A 5.7 litre petrol V8 with a slick six-speed auto is always going to beat a four-cylinder diesel with five-speed auto in delivering road speed. The three-litre Hilux motor is smooth enough, an honest worker on the highway or through the bush. The Tundra’s engine, as found in the Lexus LX570, is a top performer for a commercial vehicle, running sweet at about 1800rpm for an effortless 100km/h with plenty left to overtake and the auto box is slicker than the one found in the SR5.

Neither motor is troubled finding decent torque on dirt or tar, there’s just an extra 200Nm of it from the V8, which means it’s easier to keep up with, or clear of, the traffic.

genius43:
Do you use your phone while charging?

no

Heartless men, stupid followers

olayinkajnr:
You are charging intermittently. Charge to 100%, use till 20% then send the screenshot.

OK, but My phone charges to 96,97,98% and takes about an hour to get to 100% gan gan

genius43:
When your charge cycle is normal the graph will only start from when the phone is unplugged and not showing the charging period as well. Force restart your phone by holding power button for 15seconds.

Which MIUI Version are you?

MIUI Global 11.0.2 why should I do the Bolded, and how is it different from the regular restart?

genius43:
We can't rate this. Maintain a proper charge cycle. Then use your battery from 100 to like 30% then screenshot.

Ok, what do you mean by a proper "charge Cycle"?

Pls rate this battery life
