riverbird: What you are looking for is a room-selfcon and if you are to get such here on Lagos the area determines the price some places go as high as 1million while some go for 150k, for example if you go to monkey village you can get it at 100k sef, but around ajegunle nothing less than 250k and it's not easy to get, agents go use you shine first like se you come to marry him daughter. Ok. Same Ajegunle that guy said above But pls think hard, where can one see that's an okay area Is there hope in Yaba or Lower areas of Ikeja? I need that serenity and balance.. that's the key thing |

A room, with personal toilet attached to it. Must have water In the compound and water in the toilet Very Peaceful with little or no Tennants Normal area, not something very Local Budget is around 200k+
Need it soonest
I know I can definitely be fortunate to get the right connects here. Again The main goal is just a very calm, peaceful normal area, not too Local, nor too many stark Illiterates A single room is what I'm searching for, but must have its own personal toilet. No need for kitchen or any other thing
(Edited) please one of the major objectives is to bring my mind to areas a person may not think of, and if possible give me some agents' phone numbers in those areas.
To those saying budget Is "too small", "i'm asking for too much" etc... I think I am very realistic. See this screenshot below 👇🏽👇🏽that's bigger than what I want, and the price is fair

Nairaland General › Breaking Down The messed Up World/Universe of the working class Nigerian by GreaterFuture(op): 4:41pm On May 19, 2023*. Modified: 8:13pm On Aug 06, 2023 |
A thorough sociological, Anthropological and psychological analysis... obviously with very important historical angles being Explored
The very intricate, interesting, depressingly unique thought Process of the working class, lower class Nigerian, focus is on those living in cities. the fact that more than 70% are mentally ill, in one form or the other, in various degrees and combinations.
Pls Overlook The "language" in the heading, it's not out of anger or wild talk, it's actually a genuine adjective.
We will start from the scratch and go all the way to the top top |

Pickmycall: Do I need to study at a university before I can be employed? There are jobs for unskilled hands.Though,I am a trained cctv installer,a laptop engineer,a phone repairer and I fix electronics. More Like "Jobs for Skilled hands"... Anyways if you have no higher institution degree, Uni or Polytechnic/Monotechnic Then what CV are you dropping? At which companies?? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: What Is Your Challenge About Job-Hunting? by GreaterFuture(m): 4:05pm On May 17, 2023 |
Pickmycall: If Nigeria is as developed as Europe an unemployed youth seeking for job should not take him/her a week before securing another job.I hate job hunting badly. In this part of West Africa and as a third world country,it will take months and years to secure a good job. An unemployed youth will be submitting his CV as if he is a post office worker.
I have worked in a hospitality organisation where my colleague will opened a applicantion letter and used the CV to calculate his sales record as a bar attendant.I was new to the job.So I didn't want to create a scene because I was under probation then and he was my senior in that department. Before other staff go attack me say I wan collect job from another person, make I maintain my lane.
I later found out that almost all the staff got the job through man-knows-man basis.I was the lucky one who was picked among 20 applicants because I passed the oral interview.
As an unemployed youth,I will wake up everyday thinking which company will be next to submit my CV even though I know that there is no vacancy.I will buy a pack of application letter which is about 25pieces and submit all with my CV. I will also be making series of photocopy of my CV every now and then.
I have also bribe security men at the gate so that they will not dump my CV in their waste bin because that is how most of them do if a job seeker doesn't give them (not all) money.I have also attended Series of job interviews. After months, I will be expecting a call.I will be glue to my mobile phone.Any message tone that rang I will quickly opened it to see if it is a job invites. If my phone battery life goes off I will become panic that I may miss a job invites. Job hunting is really stressful, What did you study? School and Speciality if any? |

The ICM Mall is hard to do that there I would have gone to fela shrine close by, but you can't carry stuff you bought outside inside.

Then when you're in Paris, use the bus, train, or nair (all which are equally cheap) to your country of choice. Hmmmnnn... Major major hack right there |
