don't tell me you were born same year 🤔🤔🤔

No I wasn't. Just asking if you actually wrote in '99

C2Ok:
He has a point, you clearly have no way of criticizing him thus your rude remark.
@op people purchase pcb and do their diy models that soothes their taste, it’s just too stressful and debatably hazardous as compared to just buying your prebuilt powerbank from popular brands.

Pls Unquote that guy, remove his message and Just report him.
I didn't bother replying him, just reported him, And I don't see his comment.

As for it Being hazardous, it's possible to make it to be quite safe. I don't have children or any little persons living with me, so that's not a worry per say for me.
Also, is too stressful? Is it? To me I don't think so.

FuckkMOD:
The components of power banks are not so serious, if the government is supportive, we shouldnt be importing power banks. Aliexpress even sells batteries and powerbanks separately, thats how simple a power bank is. You can buy an unbranded empty case on Aliexpress.
It is highly hazardous if you are not a professional

Well, it's not even about casing
I'm more of something far larger up to 80,000Mah and can supply a charge or output of up to 100, 150w, also with the advantage of getting it at a far cheaper price compared to a ready-made, branded,/mass produced one.
It's not even about mobility, i.e carrying it up and down... if it's inside the house, good enough.
Cos what I had in mind was not something to be carried about up and down

I may have something, Another commodity that is cheaper too

Beremx:
My JAMB score was 217 in 1999 to gain admission into the university. Those years we used HB pencil to shade during exams and go to JAMB office at Ikoyi to check our results. How am I sure that was my result sef? JAMB must have reduced my scores.

Lemme go crosscheck first. I still have my notification of result.

Seriously?? You sat in '99?

It occurred to me very recently that, one could make a fairly large Powerbank with all materials readily available here in Nigeria (Lagos).
This came to my mind as somethings took me to Alaba few days ago.

One could make his own fairly small or Large "Powerbank", that can charge and power phones, laptops and day to day appliances used in the home. And it would work Perfectly well! ... that's the key point. It would not be inferior in Quality, nor long term durability, compared to major names. This is actually very, very Feasible

This, as you and I can see, would sizeably cushion the Power/electricity issue that most of us face.

They are all fairly okay at best
Apart from the polar H10 which is certified accurate, the rest have a atleast 5 - 15, 20% error margin.
My plan on getting it for tracking is not gonna be, because most of them are not accurate enough

The mi band I was hoping would be okay, would not be good enough for me. Even if mi band 8 global is released. (Hopefully, by a small streack luck, maybe that will come out well)

The remaining ones that are okay, are super on the high side, $300, $400 upwards

Or if you have for sale too, let me know

need a power bank that's solid and durable, with atleast 67w of fast charging and above, and a capacity of over 40,000MaH, or 35,000Mah atleast.
This is To power laptops and ultra fast charging phones.

I need this good backups due to my new environment, much poorer power Supply here, compared to Lagos generally.
Please help me with Good suggestions.

Thank you.

I dont know of now but 25 years ago when i did my undergrad

Private universities were dumping grounds for most rich kids who could not pass jamb

or people denied admissions.

While we commend private investors in Education.

Our curriculum must go beyond the copy and paste system of education

When you school abroad you will know that you went to school

The room for copy ad paste research work is totally blocked

Yes, that was the case, and still is in some cases.
But in the past 10 to 15 Years, many are very Okay now,
They've improved.
I would say about 4 to 5 are okay enough
Even in key facilities Like law... and one uni like that, medicine & Surgery.

They are also a major pioneer in the Area of integrating ICT well into courses and non-computer science courses
