Jdhdgejio: Is anyone still getting the auto 5 rating?? Because after the general announcement came in I was still being auto rated, but now it seems like Arlen has decided my time with QA world wouldn't last much longer.
You could tell the game didn't go according to plan, cause no manager would roll out such tactics for his or her team.
I remember one scene when Fabregas was moving to mark De Bruyne or so, my guy was literally walking then jogging!!!
The lifelessness was so glaring. It hurt even more than the 6-0 in a way cos it was like a training exercise, they were miles apart.
I have never seen a team i support get outplayed so comprehensively.
the plan was to sit deep and wait for a mistake so that we capitalize. I don't have any problem with that. The problem I had with Conte in that match is that he saw that the plan was not working and that we were already losing yet he made no attempt to change the game in whatsoever way even until the last minute.
Unlimited22: The 1-0 loss? In our defence we were playing a vastly superior team. The Roma game, we just capitulated and gave up against a team we were arguably better than.
I don't like the word, "vastly" here. We were playing a stronger team, yeah, but not vastly superior. It's not as if we are like Aston villa playing city.
The Roma game, you can say that we were not clinical, or not converting our half chances, but we were not completely outplayed, only that our defenders especially were have brain fart that day.
BTW, we can argue that after seeing what Roma went on to do in the tournament, we can't completely say we were better than them. You can say that we were favourites before the game, but their run later on proved that we were just the first to suffer from not respecting the team.
NinjaMetahuman: okay thanks for speaking for me. But you are wrong. I'm not holding briefing for anyone.
Understand a context of a post before quoting. Who doesn't know juventus were in final twice in the time frame given? I gave a time frame which I ranked Bayern higher. Why do you think I ranked Bayern higher? Does 2 finals = 1 trophy?
This was your post that I quoted.
NinjaMetahuman: atleast Bayern are still holding their own in Europe.
But Serie a and ligue 1 are just shameful.
And this was my reply to you.
juventus no dey hold their own in Europe?
I don't know why you people like doing unnecessary strong head.
It is simple. Whatever excuse you want to make for Bayern, you should also do same for Juventus. Stop running around.
NinjaMetahuman: I meant played in final and won it. Didn't add that part. Bayern won it in 2013 in all German final.
The point is, you were trying to hold brief for Bayern using their European exploit in thet time frame, but you forgot that Juventus have also been as good in Europe or even better in that time frame.
MaziAlaye: Different Cops... Different mentality This scenario is far different from that of Rayshard. The white guy took a less harmful weapon (baton) from the officer and drove off with their car. Common sense should tell you that the car would be tracked and the guy will be facing the book. This isn't even a white privilege issue. We've seen lotta black guys open fire on police vehicles, beat up cops rob them and do worst, yet they get away with it. This is far different from Rayshard's case, Dude pointed a taser at a cop and you expect the officer just to pass out like that without doing anything?. Do you know the kind of fear the cop would've have felt if Rayshard eventually tased him? Especially this desperate times. This scenario is just different from that of Rayshard.
BlueMann: I'm not watching the match, but text commentary describes Real's 2nd goal as being scored on a fast break, with the assist from Hazard. But the scorer was Ramos. And it was scored from very close range How did Ramos end up so close to the opposing goal despite that it was a counterattack?
na so other people dey take cover am, but tomorrow we go dey hear how em dey take cover other people. He does that steady. If that counter had failed, how would he have handled his position that he left to run away?
gensteejay: Coincidences happen naturally in life whether you pray for them or not. An important question a person needs to ask when some of their prayers in a god's name get answered is, will they have achieved that thing without praying for it at all?
There are different achievements one records in life that you didn't even expect/plan for, so you didn't pray about them.
IMO, when it comes to things that happen to a person in life (whether good or bad), many factors come into play other than merely wishing or praying for something.
From my own view about the concept of God, God isn't something that interferes in human affairs. So personally, I've no reason to believe God answers or even entertains people's prayers.
Praying in any god's or God's name is not reliable, and praying to a god or God could breed mental laziness.
It's mostly a waste of time. I'd rather have faith in myself (i.e. using the God-given brain) than putting my faith and belief in prayers that are not reliable.
That's my own philosophy, influenced by my years of research and experience. You don't have to agree/disagree with it.
Better to rely on your own experience than mine or others'. In other words, don't believe or disbelieve things without doing your own research.
if you believe in the bolded, and you believe that the said God created humans, in your opinion, why do you think the said God created humans? Why did he create man?
thorrvik55: All those Alonso statistics u are quoting, u do know he played as a LWB not LB, right? Even at Fiorentina, he played LWB. Alonso's lack of pace makes him a weak link in any back four...
At the beginning of this season, Lampard started with Emerson at LB and it got to a point where Azpi had to play there because of Emerson's on and off performances. If I remember correctly, there was a game he was even subbed off at half time because of his poor performance.
How will someone not reshuffle or change when the players playing those positions are performing poorly?
B4 this season, u would have had a point by saying Emerson has not been given a chance but at this time, he's been given more than enough and he failed to grab it with both hands. I'm not in support of the Chillwell signing tho, because I believe Chelsea as a club don't need another English player (unless it's from the academy)...
you were not observant, sir. Emerson was doing pretty well that everybody was hailing him until he got injured. That injury changed everything for him.
