those people were recruited on contract during mtn registration just to assist mtn to call customer to do his/her sim registration and do one or two things for them and they were all paid a stipend.


They all knw that its just for 3 to 4 month contract. So what did you expect after their contract elapse....this country is in a big mess

The truth is CNSSL is a scam...it was stated that the contract will be for one year I.e from Nov 2015-Nov 2016, but by the end of april they came with letter of termination of contract. What actually happened was that the exercise was majorly for the clean up exercise of MTN database as a result of NCC's sanction...MTN noticed the good work done by the guys as it was becoming very evident that clean up exercise might be getting to an end as their were little to do at times.so they(MTN) decided to cut cost by laying off people gradually rather than asking everyone to go at once even though the contract was to end in november.I call CNSSL a scam becos they never for once even do as if they care about the people they help MTN to employ but if u re absent for a day,#1,800 naira is deducted from. The stipend they pay u and still they will remove the so call tax from the money again.MTN on their part just don't care. The funny thing is people have been there working for them since nov 2015 and you just pick march performance and u said people should go while most of the people you ask to go were already the top performers for the month of april.this does not show an organisation that value quality and effort and it is just the basic truth...Nigerian graduate just need to wake up and fast too.

Any time any day i will choose Ibadan. I have lived in both cities and understand better. Many people pointing to lagos habve not experience comfortable life here in ibadan.

Accomodation is cheap, you can get 3 bedroom flat btw 100-150k with titles and water running.
Transport is cheap. Imagine from iwo road to new garage is just 100-120 naira a distance times 4 of ketu to oshodi
Infact you can still take 20 naira bus or car to your destination.
Then food is cheap, i mean cheap!

50k salary earner in Ibadan is far better than 200k earner in Lagos.

I came to serve in Ibadan and i decided to settle there.

No traffic wahala, no stress or whatsoever.

Truth lagos has its own challenges(in terms of transportation and co) but not as much as you guys are making it to seems. Even ketu to Oshodi by Danfo is #150 and if u use those white coaster bus #100. Just that in some parts of lagos, transportation works with the time of the day...and I believe if d OP is well in tune with lagos terrain he'll have no problem and he'll soon have a better opportunity with much better pay na just matter of time.#Peace Out#
