A customer of mine transferred money to a wrong account , the mistake itself originated from me , it has been 24 hours since the error and GTB is not responsive , is there any way to go about it quickly , we have messaged GTBANK and still no reply , The mistake of the transfer originated from me , 2 digits were mixed up and the fund was transferred to another zenith bank account instead of mine , I have messaged them across platforms but still no reply , Zenith Bank reffered me to them (they were quite quick in their reply) . Any help in quickly contacting GTBANK ?
