I can't make a lot of nice styles or even park my hair to the back when I don't have money to make my hair. Please proven advice and no abuses. Thanks.

Business / Re: Entrepreneur And His Idea: How Can I Protect Myself? by Greenlandncom(m): 6:34pm On Aug 06, 2015
ismart:
thanks. How much will that cost me? I have never used on so I don't know how it's done.
Honestly, I can not tell you how much it will cost you. But it certainly can not be costlier than you losing your business idea.
Just approach any good Lawyer and tell him to prepare a document for you to that effect. You will now make anyone who wants to take a look at it to sign the document. But again be careful because this can only work properly in a developed world, where laws are respected.
Note: if it is an idea, you need the agreement document but if you can produce a prototype or a sample, do that and patent it. This will be your best option.
Just guide your stuff jealously.

Hello,

I need you advise.

I have this idea of rebranding a particular industry in the country and there is a possibility of franchise springing up from it. This is similar to what happened to the pure water industry, but more capital intensive.

I have been seeing this brother on social media who seem somewhat like a well to do entrepreneur to me. It eventually happened that my suspicions were right when he talked about answering questions from young entrepreneurs who were fielding questions for him to answer.

With that in mind...

I asked question about my idea without giving details and he encouraged me to push on and that banks may not grant me loan. I have never fancied the idea of even going to the bank.

A minute after that his posted, dude seem to caught the bug, he granted me a chance to speak with him privately and possibly partner with him.

Sincerely, I appreciate this.

I had even tried to reach out to Jim Iyke before now considering his recent venture into entrepreneurship, but surprisingly, Jim denied his own twitter handle.

I just thought to myself that if only this guy knew what I wanted to share with him, he would have kicked himself for going the pure water route, an already over saturated market with little chance of expanding or franchising.

That's how people lose out on chances in life.

Now, this other brother has giving me a chance to speak with him and even partner if possible.

Imagine being giving a chance to discuss and possibly partner with Dangote or Tony of UBA, how would you protect yourself and prevent your idea from being hijacked and you discarded?

Though the brother is christian, a devoted one... But we are humans with weaker flesh. So I can't trade my chance of success even if he had a face of Jesus.

I need the best way to know how to handle this situation.

Thanks in advance.
Have him sign an agreement of nondisclosure. You need a good Lawyer for this.
Do not take chances.

Business / Re: How Do I Fund My GTBANK Dorm Account? by Greenlandncom(m): 2:20pm On Jul 29, 2015
solid3:
I know the basic way of funding a dorm account is to pay in cash into the account.

What I'm looking for is for a way fund can be transferred into the dorm account from an online account like PayPal, Payoneer Account or any other payment platform at the normal interbank rate.
Just link your bank account with the online account. Do this from the provision made on the online platform.

You are right Sir! But there are different levels of security. A well entered agreement with a legal seal is also a form of security. We can even give beyond 5% with our form of business.

I ve searched everywhere for a genuine investment dt can give me 5percent per month in naija but d closest I got was 2percent per month on 1m ie 24pa and dt ws a microfinance bank. If u eventually see I will b interested in dt too preferably a biz worth over 100m nt one dt needs my 1m to survive lol
Why do you think that a well established business worth over N100m would still need your investment and be paying you 5% monthly ROI? It doesn't happen anywhere in the world. Any upcoming business paying you that percentage is paying you for the risk you took in investing and not for the fun of it.
No bank or big company needs your money to survive.

Business / Re: I Need A Business Idea I Can Invest 2-5million In Abuja by Greenlandncom(m): 1:13am On Jun 19, 2015
dondo83:
i need a good business idea that i can invest 2-5m naira in abuja. i also have land(1200sqm) in kuje that can be useful and a warehouse in karu market (though i have tenants at the moment but i can decide not to renew the rent in december) that can also be useful.
I am an estate developer and will prefer a business that can be done without my daily supervision . I have invested in a cold room business and saloon which failed so i wont be welcoming both ideas, also a distributor for an fmcg and it wasn't profitable as well. I will appreciate "experienced entrepreneurs" advice. Thank you.

N.B I'm not interested in get quick rich schemes or betting .
