Mustiboy: I hope so. I need Amoled
If they don't, I might have to settle for k30 Pro or Realme X7 Pro. But I dread using any Skin that's not MIUI sha. We need that amoled lol, realme really cannibalized their sales last year and they were upset so they're packing everything packable into the note 10 series, they can't let the segment (Redmi series) that brought them xiaomi to limelight slip through their grasp like that. MIUI or Oxygen OS is tha way. |

Mustiboy: Xiaomi must use the Dimensity 800u in any of the coming Note 10 series.
I'd appreciate that chipset more than any of the SD700 series (except SD765), coupled with the fact that it will save cost that could be potentially channeled to making the Note 10 series Amoled. But mediatek are not usually supported by many graphic intensive apps which gamers will not appreciate, I think the note 10 pro will get amoled with 108mp camera, higher refresh rate and an IP52 rating with an aggressive pricing, let's look forward to march 4 for the reveal. Realme 7 series really took a big chunk of that price segment market share last year plus the note 9 series was really underwhelming. |

MartinsD12: Hopefully but anyway redmi 9 was sold at 65k before dollar hike, highest probably 70 to 75k for both 4gb 64rom and 6gb ram 128 rom respectively or even cheaper than my probability Yeap most likely. |

MartinsD12: To correct my earlier information, xiaomi is lunching new phones now redmi note 9T series, the redmi 9 power is a name that call it in India the same redmi 9 power will be available globally and also in Nigeria as redmi 9t Okay, but let's hope the prices are still assessable. |

I tried the 'boot-loop causing' update again on my Nokia 2.4 and this time it worked, the only difference this time is that I was connected to a WiFi hotspot (data was also turned on during most tries). |

MartinsD12: But then I hate nokia slow charging and 4000mah battery limit, they need to do better in big battery and fast charging technology. Smh, I don't understand their love for 10 Watts charging speed.....in 2021.... in a lower mid-range phone.... From a well known global company. If only that Poco M3 was sold in Nigeria . |

MartinsD12: OK though how about nokia 5.4 with snapdragon 662 is it a downgrade or upgrade gaming wise? From the real world use I've seen of the sd662 on other phones it's practically the same with the SD665 only a lower clock speed(maybe to avoid overheating), slower download speeds (390mbps Vs 600mbps), but newer Bluetooth 5.1 and WiFi 6. So for gaming it's the same as many top apps already support it e.g. CODmobile up to very high settings. |

MartinsD12: So you are saying snapdragon 665 Is better than G80 in gaming? For now yes. Modified- that Adreno 610 beats Mali-G52 MP2 like a child so it's definitely better for gaming. |

MartinsD12: G80 is better gaming processor than 665 snapdragon antutu bench score is higher on G80 But most games haven't optimised it, for instance on CODMOBILE the maximum graphics supported is medium while the sd 665 supports up to high or very high (which from what I've garnered is only useful if you a 1080p and higher screen). Grid Autosport supports sd665 but not the helio g80 that means you can't even see it to buy on the playstore so if an app isn't optimised for the SoC it's all for naught. |

MartinsD12:
lol that phone good sha but money no be here and even if am going to spend 70k on a smartphone definitely not nokia 5.3, 70k should get one 128gb storage, 4gbram smartphone with a decent gaming processor, big battery with fast charge plus beautiful camera, nokia 5.3 seems to fall below the price benefits expectation values for money Hmmm true, the PPP (price per performance) is not the lowest but that sd 665 has a lot going for it (top 3 performer in that price range most likely above the helio g80), though theres no fast charging there's gcam for the camera and it's a great improvement, remember there's no comparable competition (apart from Xiaomi redmi 9) that's sold natively in Nigeria. The only phone right now fitting your description is the Poco M3 but it's not natively available in Nigeria, it's the biggest budget king right now. |

pat077: between the snapdragon 665 and helio g80, which is the better processor? Most likely the SD 665 as it's supported and optimised by many apps which is important because no matter how powerful a SoC is, if it's not optimised all is for naught. |

Uzland: That's an outrageous price! You guys should learn to patronize Jumia, esp. in this Oga Bubu's regime True, though I've not shopped online as I'm wary of things like return policy, warranty e.t.c. , I kinda like the physical interaction and haggling when shopping at physical stores. |

honsule: I don't think frequent charging poses any challenge to the battery. U can use power bank. But on a second thought like power bank affects the life cycle of ur battery, speaking from experience Ohhhh, haven't researched so much into charging cycles sha but that battery bank matter can be a razors edge, can work for or against you so I'll just steer clear. |

ToyBoyAaron: I don't really care... 5.3 is decent for its price. True, with the 6gb ram variant same price as Xiaomi redmi 9 4gb ram variant (#74k Vs #71k) but it loses in terms of screen resolution (720p Vs 1080p), battery (4000mAh Vs 5020mAh), charging speed (10watts Vs 18watts) but it comes which stock Android and a very good midrange processor with support for many apps and games (Snapdragon 665 Vs mediatek helio g80). |

Its good sha, at least price of 5.3 will fall when the 5.4 enters market then I can buy the 5.3 My guy you know da wae , slot currently sells the 5.3 6gb/64gb variant for #74(ish)k (information from their website). |

Its good sha, at least price of 5.3 will fall when the 5.4 enters market then I can buy the 5.3 They're most likely trying to forget 2020 which was a year of sparse major releases for them and try to be the first to get new releases for 2021 same as Samsung and OnePlus with their S series and 9mini/9/9 pro respectively, a clean slate if I may say. |

ToyBoyAaron: Okay.. I hope its not scam sha I saw a brief comparison video between the 5.3 and 5.4 and the 48mp is better so I'm looking forward to what the gcam ports can squeeze out like it did on the 5.3 , though the battery and charging speed are the same (4000mAh, 10 watts) it has a gyro, highest brightness is lower (450nits Vs 400nits) . |
