so to you Emenalo that joined Chelsea in 2007 as chief scout and then first team assistant for four years before being made TD in 2011 was "learning on the job" and the board that employed him and kept promoting him and refused his willing resignation in 2013 to accommodate mou was "leaning on the job"

let's not even look to far as to 2007 for the players Chelsea brought in during that period, let's start from 2011 if you agree Emenalo is the cause of everything in Chelsea not just the bad.

that 2011/2012 when Chelsea won the CL Your Emenalo bought Raul Meireles, KDB, Romeu, Mata and Cahill Chelsea already had Mikel, Lampard, Ramires, Essien in midfield right.

then in 2012/2013 after winning CL he brought in Hazard that you are enjoying now, Oscar, Azi. should Meireles have stayed? was he worth replacing. Chelsea lacked quality in an attack which he addressed, out went kalou.

2013/2014 he brings in William, matic, schurle, salah, ginkel out went malouda, Essien, Mata and even KDB. I am still looking for how you came about the Emenalo did not buy midfielders and was only buying attackers as if Chelsea had quality attackers.

in 2014/2015 when Chelsea won the EPL Fabrepass, Costa were brought in

2015/2016 flop year only Pedro, to replace the inefficient Juan cuardrado to solve attacking imbalance on Chelsea's right side. all through this period when was Mikel ever a constant starter in Chelsea's eleven. Chelsea still had Ramires starting beside Lampard

2016/2017 revival Kante

Now Abrahimovic is not the kind to keep someone that is not performing he even sacked avan grant who was said to be close to him after just a year.

Just be honest about why you don't like him because your reasons stated above doesn't hold water
You have no idea of what we've been through, do you? I am sure you are a young Chelsea fan who's relying on web info for his rebuttals.

I am not hating on Emenalo, I have always been pragmatic on this very issue.

When a TD fails in his job to create a balanced squad, he gets the sticks, it's that simple.

I doubt you know a thing about the great Chelsea collapse of 2012/13. The Mikel - Ramires midfield blueprint. The bad air between many managers (Jose, RDM, Rafa) and the TD.

I doubt you know a thing about these comments which were made by Rafa years ago:

You need to know the players and find the balance. If you have too many players with quality, all dynamic but cannot regain the ball, you don't have the balance. If you give the ball away, you have to regain it.
The Spaniard at that time detected the structural defect in the team which was created by Emenalo who was then entrusted with the task of creating a tiki-taka playing side. He demanded for a DM but that wish was never granted.

We had to drag along for years without a true DM. Those were times Chelsea looked so fvcking vulnerable. Those were times the likes of Corinthians, Basel, Everton etc will disgrace us before the entire World.

Those were times Luiz would get shoehorned into the DM because we lacked steel in midfield.

If not for Jose who made a return to the club and demanded for Matic's recall, I am sure by now, Mikel would have still been our only identified DM.

I am pretty sure you know nothing about all these.

I will give him credit for the shrewd acquisitions of couple of youngsters but that doesn't take away the fact that he failed when push came to shove.

PS: Hazard made a decision to sign for the Champions League winners in 2012, turning down the Manchester Clubs in the process. It was never an Emenalo masterstroke. Know your history.

Griffon is Giroud a Central Midfielder?

i dont understand why we got Giroud, Emerson Palmwine and Barkley in January...after Emenalo left.
Conte wanted a backup No9 and the club got Giroud at a reasonable price. I don't want to imagine what Emenalo would have settled for in that situation, probably Heskey.

Barkley could have become a Chelsea player in September if not for that late decision to drive back to Merseyside just minutes to having his medicals at Cobham. His purported move to Chelsea last year was okayed by the then technical director, your niggi Emenalo.

Emerson is a like for like replacement for Kenedy, who I believe the club are trying to cash on for his attitudes.

I can't really explain all the political
manoeuvrings at Chelsea, but believe me, losing a TD like Emenalo should be counted as a blessing.

This was a man who at some point was stockpiling our team with wingers, whilst ignoring the clarion call of sensible CFC fans to strengthen the midfield which has lost steel.

Same man who failed to understand that for MAZACAR to thrive and replicate the sort of soccer Barca played, they needed a solid base in midfield. He never understood that, so he stuck with Mikel, thereby creating a structural defect in the team.

I don't miss Emenalo bro, he showed over the years that he was learning on the job.

Here are my evidences below:

Griffon:
I weak for that nigga.

Meanwhile, looks like our wish is getting granted.

"L’Equipe are claiming Lyon's President Jean-Michel Aulas was in London to discuss a deal for Tolisso with the Blues.

The report claims any deal could also involve the Ligue 1 side getting Kurt Zouma on loan or even buying Betrand Traore."

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/3697676/chelsea-make-enquiry-for-lyon-star-corentin-tolisso-during-london-talks-with-their-president/

And to give credence to that speculation, I read somewhere else that Lyon are interested in signing Bertrand Traore.

http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/811425/Lyon-Transfer-Chelsea-Betrand-Traore-News-Gossip-Rumours

Looks pretty much like this deal is happening and I am happy the name is Tolisso.
Griffon:
Hehehe. Remember the days when Emenalo used to drop by here to get names for Chelsea. Maybe the chiefs from Cobham are visiting the page again grin grin grin

There are strong inferences on a possible Tolisso deal, let's see how things unfold. If we can get that boy and chime out of those Bakayoko talks, then we are good to go.

Pasalic might not extend. Conte hardly talks about the boy. Great talent we'd be losing i must say.
Do you see the emboldened above? Feel free to call me ELIJAH, I prophecy once in a while.

Griffon:
I wouldn't pray to have Lukaku but given how erratic Costa can be, both on the field of play and in his brain, I am compelled to pray to have the Belgian.

Lukaku's poor technique would let some of our great build-up plays down but one thing is certain, he'll still score bucket loads of goals. I don't expect him to come cheap though, no franchise forward would.

Heard the lad is already following most of our boys on twitter already. First summer signing I guess.

What becomes of Costa now? Abi Conte wan parade the formidable trio of Lukaku, Costa and Batman next term?

I need Tolisso for that midfield as soon as possible.

If the report making the rounds are anything to go by, then there is every likelihood that we wont be signing a new defender this summer, as Conte seems to be eager to work with Christensen and Ake.

Skimpletyger:
Prime Cole and Marcelo, who would you go for?
Depends on what your philosophy really is.

If you are a proponent of all attacking style of play, a manager who loves to stretch play and pin the opposition in their halve, then you need a prime Marcelo.

If you are a defensively astute gaffer who loves to build from the back, a prime Ashley Cole is all you need to man your LB.

I am not really a huge fan of Marcelo, I think he is somewhat a suspect defensively, and the way I see it, it's carrying out well your primary duty that defines how good you really are.

I don't care how many goals you score as a defender, I want to know if you can really defend, your goals are just bonuses.

For my dream team, a prime David Alaba is what I need. He's got it all.

I knew something disastrous was brewing when we missed out on signing Tolisso.

It didn't take long before Bakayoko happened. The very day that transfer was made to Monaco's account was the day we had our chances of winning a silverware buried in the purgatory of 'HOPE'.

It is obvious even to my granny who knows nada about football that Bakayoko cant run a midfield. The last time we were seeing a Chelsea's game together, she kept complaining about the boy with a 'yellow head'.

Its an awful situation we are in, to have spent close to 80mil on average middle-men, when we could have landed decent lads for less figure.

Drinkwater can be taken in as a squad player, Bakayoko doesn't even qualify as one.

I was explaining to a pal weeks ago that Bakayoko's problems goes beyond being functional in midfield. The guy fails in almost every aspect of the game.

He doesn't have the great desire to have the ball at his feet and this is because he doesn't believe in his first touch and his ability to think through the game quickly - Psychological problem.

He doesn't have the innate ability to lead and connect with his teammates. Hardly do you see him charging his teammates to victory - Social problem.

He doesn't understand where his teammates are and when to make a quick transition - Tactical problem.

His touches are HARDLY quick, adventurous and accurate - Technical problem.

Despite standing over 6ft tall and possessing the body frame of his biggest fan, Nihilist, he still doesn't know how to shrug mates off the ball or even bully opposition players - Physical problem.

I am very sure the reason why he has a collection of hair sprays is because he is also battling some spiritual problems, most probably an ogbanje spirit.

The deed has been done already. We can take consolation in the fact that Loftus-Cheek is still out there receiving half of his wage from us. I am sure he'll dispatch the French scam from the starting XI anyday he is recalled.

Let us believe there is still hope for Chelsea.

It's abso-fvcking-lutely true, we even have Barkley in our midst now.

I am DEAD!
