Mein Negger.

Good to have you back and active. Omo that Belloti don cast, though i can understand that a serious knee injury is a game changer for any footballer.
I tells you brah.

It's difficult to deal with certain injuries, very difficult. Most of them deals you a huge psychological blow, even after full recuperation.

I used to be a tough tackling player - Naingollan-esque, but not until I fractured my toe in a match. After months of going through excruciating pains, I came back forgetting who I was. The damn injury humbled me that i went from Naingollan to Mikel Obi.

It was just difficult to be tough again. I started dodging certain tackles and giving more excuses. It's not that I couldn't launch those tackles again, i could, my timing, awareness and aggression were all intact. What actually restrained me was my mind, the modafucker kept reminding me of those excruciating pains I suffered when I fractured my toe, that was a psychological blow an ordinary toe injury dealt me. I needed months of 'getting roughed up' before I mutated into a beast again.

So I understand what these ninjas go through after certain injuries, more especially, the ones that go through the knives.

A crippled tiger will look clueless in front of an agile antelope.

''According to multiple reports from today’s training session at the Filadelfia ground, Belotti crumpled to the ground with a nasty sprain to his right knee.

He left the field in tears
, suggesting this might be a very serious injury, potentially involving his ligaments - even the anterior cruciate ligament.

More tests are needed, but it’s a heavy blow for Il Gallo, who was only just getting back in shape after a month out with another sprain to that right knee on October 1.''

Why did he have bad numbers this term? Questions should be asked where needed before hurriedly concluding on stuffs dropped by one ignoramus.
I've never questioned Belotti's abilities. From my text which Nihilist quoted, it's obvious I am a fan of the stocky Italian.

I believe he's well built to thrive in any league. He's not profligate like the Nando Jnr in our midst neither is he technically inept like that Congolese up north, Belotti is good.

I never knew he's been that bad this season until Dayo threw up those stats, I never knew about his injury until you brought that up.

It's well.

I don't see what's stops an independent woman from providing all three of those things.

The issue here is that independent women are self aware, have their own resources (they're not dependent on the man for anything) so, they won't take nonsense from him. An independent woman will not sit there and be berated or treated as an outlet for the man to take out all his life's frustrations. This is why Nigerian men don't like them, Nigerian men have egos, they want a super submissive, timid woman who will ask how high when they say jump, one that depends on him so that he can use that as an avenue to have some control over her but at the same time will complain when she makes demands.

I think y'all are more confused than you know.

Bruh, don't get me started on Steve Harvey, his texts are full of ridiculous generalisations.
You are trying to assert something, but you aren't yet there UG.

Men aren't confused about what they want, such assertion shouldn't even travel past this thread. Over the years, we have shown that what we are basically on the look out for are; loyalty, support and sex.

We have also over the years come to the realization that these needs of ours are very much obtainable within the camp of the dependent ladies hence we tend to settle for them more often than we do with their independent counterparts.

Just like with most men, I understand fully the pressure that comes with dating an independent lady, I have been there several times, so I am well placed to sing the experiences to you.

Few pointers:

° Majority of the independent chicks out there relish their 'me time' more than anything else. So they are constantly torn between wanting company and alone time.
° Most independent chicks are emotionally detached.
° As an independent chick, you are very invested in fulfilling your own interests and making sure you are still doing all the things that make you "you".
° An independent chick would most likely love to call the shot in her relationship because that's what her life is all about. etc

Now as much as these are great attributes, they tend to affect a relationship that has a 'man' in it. It's not a Nigerian men thing, it's a man's problem.

'Being the man' is a phrase that says a lot about our gender, understand it and we are done with this argument.

No matter how handicapped he is as a man and how high you are placed on the social stratum, he just doesnt love taking orders from you, neither does he want to lazy around while you be the HBI decision maker. He wants to feel like the man, and he would travel places to get that feeling.

The appeal of the fact that she can order you around is short-lived, but a strong assertive guy will remain attractive in the long-term. Every responsible and reasonable man understands this fact, and believe me, it's not a Nigerian men's issue.

We are not confused when we say we want our dependent chicks to get resourceful, we are only saying; 'Satisfy our three basic needs whilst also bringing something fascinating to the table.' It's a demand most dyed-to-the-wool independent ladies CANT stand.

We feel fulfilled providing for you, it assures us of our place in your life, but just don't be a passenger the entire time, show that you can truly carry some responsibilities too.

The whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
I've been saying this for the longest. They don't know what they want
Men want sex, loyalty and support.

Interestingly, the independent ladies out of ego fail miserably on most occasions to provide all three hence we go for the ones who can have our resources whilst supplying each of our needs. More like, men tend to settle for dependent chicks because we can buy their loyalty, support and sex.

This boils down to the fact that we truly know what we want, and we know how and where to get it.

You are the ones who are complicated in nature. Till date, it's yet to be proven what women truly wants. Like Harvey would say, every woman needs an old man who will sit around the house with her, spend his pension check on her, hug her, hold her, give her comfort, and won't expect any sex from her. She also needs an ugly man in her life, one that will go above and beyond the call of duty to help her out: wash her car, babysit the cat, run errands - whatever she needs, he will provide cos a beautiful lady is paying him attention. A woman also need a big ol' mandingo man. He's big, got muscles popping out and is there not to hold good conversations with you but to deliver mind-blowing sex to you. And then a woman needs a gay guy in her life - someone you can go shopping with, who doesn't want anything from you but gossip and details about what the old man bought you, which errands you sent the ugly guy to take care of, and exactly how the big guy had you thumped in the bed all week.

How confused and complicated can you lot be? tongue

Funny how your reserve coach is the most successful, for the northern side, Sterling ahead of Sanchez or Mahrez? really? move sallah to the right and Sanchez to left, or remove sterling and Mahrez as direct replacement. Mendy in for Robertson, Bailly in VVD out.that midfield needs a Fernandinho or Matic.

For the northern side, Eriksson replaces Ozil easily, while Willian takes the right position. Willian is better than both Ozil and Erikson in any of those positions. Lloris in place of Coutouis. Kevin Trippier for Azpi as good and solid as he might be, a natural RB.
You were doing pretty fine until you suggested Illoris take to the sticks ahead of Thibaut.

The Dane who let the egg slip or the Spaniard who failed to catch the falling egg which was right before him?

Conte is good. While we were speculating a 3-man midfield to accomodate what Barca throws at us, the tactician was planning to have Barca on their toes with a mobile triumvirate.

I still think we need Morata for this, Pedro can make way for him.

where is our change ffs?
Emenalo left in November for apparently being fed up of mediating between Conte and Marina. That's the news on the street.

As it stands, we don't expect the board to appoint a new TD anytime soon. It's either Conte leaves or Marina leaves. Put it this way, in a straight fight between Conte and Marina, there will be one winner.

Until that happens, we are sure to see inane acquisitions until normalcy is restored.

Man city is probably the best side in Europe currently, who are the DM they have bought in the past 4 seasons because I see Guardiola buying plenty wingers and defenders and no DM and no one is blaming him like you are blaming Emenalo
Fernando
Fernandinho
Fabian Delph
Gundogan

That's four different men who can do the DM work perfectly fine, all acquired within four years.

Any manager can build with these base.
