Wall tiles inclusive for the toilets

If all these are okay by you then you will need 500k to add to get it done

Guy, do your project with builders in owerri and make sure you supervise them regularly.
Get a building then let a quantity surveyor calculate the cost based on the cost of building materials in Owerri.

Forget about these so called gorilla contractors if you dont want to be ripped off.

there is a hormone called estrogen, the hormone is responsible for d shapes .ie figures and is also responsible for their pretty faces , brain , etc

funny thing about estrogen is that either it give boobs or it gives azz or it gives pretty face ,or brain. rarely it gives all. ie boobs, azz ,fine face. and most times when it give more than one d lady is always dumb. because the estrogen isnt enough for the brain.

I just removed about 2 big trees and some small ones on my land in Lagos and the Mallam charged about N7K for all..
So Owerri should even be cheaper.. but then we don't know how big the trees are.

hi NL. i bought a land sometime last yr but i have a challenge . after cutting the trees and now is time to remove the roots so that i cant start making full use of the land . d problem now is d guy i called said he will collect 70k but dat is tooo much for a plot of land in owerri.

i think before we decide on who to vote dis February we should consider alot of things . we shouldn't only focus on promises. lets face it how many presidents and governors, leaders etc have promised heaven on earth yet d didnt achieve a single thing . d first name dat comes to mind is T A Orji of abia state but am not here to talk about t a orji.

1 if i am correct buhari once said dat he will make d state ungovernable. ie boko bois started work shortly after dat. and we cant count how many lives lost.

2buhari is old , i dont mind voting another northerner and also apc but someone i know that will b able to handle d stress that comes with d position.

3 northerner just want a northern man to b d president. qualified or not . as for me a good leader should enter d seat. .

pls note i am nt supporting goodluck either if say gov of akwa ibom or fashola came out as apc candidate i will vote for him. but since we have only buhari and jonathan to vote for i will pick jonathan.
