Kerosene is quite volatile so it should dry up by itself.

But try opening the back cover to clean the interior with a cotton wool and leave it open for a while so that air will aid the drying process

The back cover can be removed be do it gently...

On miui 9 if you import a theme that's just a font it won't show in the miui theme manager
