As for the factory reset,ensure ur password is correct and ur data is on and active.

Data was on while I was typing in the password too. Maybe the signal is kinda weak. I'll try connecting to another device with strong network connection to see if it'd work. Thanks!

My brother's xiaomi redmi note 4x was recently updated to MIUI 9 & Nougat. Everything has been normal for over a week now when it just suddenly stopped making sounds when ringing. As in just vibration without making sounds at all.
I've tried everything i could think of all to no avail. Could it be a bug? Would a factory reset make it work normally again?
Even the factory reset is not working sef. Whenever I typed in the password, it keeps going back to the previous page.

edit your last post and check the construction of the syntax. it should be [url=xxxxxxxxxcom]ade(/url] where xxxxxxcom is your link and ade is your hyperlink.

You can't lock it permanently! The lock is only maintained if you don't change data sim, go Airplane mode or restart/OFF your device. Select WCDMA only, not PREFERRED!
