I don't think the issue has been fixed yet. As for the fonts ish; check jboixxx profile for detailed procedure on how to apply fonts and some other troubleshootings too.

Battery has improved a lot compared to MIUI 8. It has been fluid when operating too as well as its ram optimization. Overall, MIUI 9 is really an upgrade bar the double whatsapp notifications.

I tried confirming from the data guy through whatsapp but he wasn't replying for reasons best known to him.
And please get this straight; there is absolutely nothing to gain by spreading panic all around. I got my data from this guy in less than 20mins after sending him money. I was just trying to warn intending buyers to hold-on for at least some hours before sending huge amount of money to him. I wasn't insinuating that he's a scammer/fraudster in any way/form. I'd rather keep shut on what I am unsure of than spewing trash on a faceless forum.

That's one of the disadvantages of that type of screen guard (full tampered), it can never stick properly. Will suggest you prepare to get a new one, preferably the all glass type. Don't bother to use anything adhesive to glue it ooo.

Please bro, what can I use to glue my 3D tempered glass back to where it belongs? I bought it early this month and it has served me well but I noticed the glass was out of place this evening. Routine use has been really difficult coz the touch pad hasn't been really responsive. It is still neat as new so I'm not thinking about changing it for now. Thanks!

Please, go check the sound menu and ensure the SILENT and DND are not active. Increase the ringtone and media volume manually, maybe they've been tampered with unconsciously.

You've been advised on what to do about factory reset.
Again, backup your data before attempting the factory reset and ensure your password is correct. It is cAsE sensitive too! If you don't remember the pwd, request for a reset or a reminder.

A simple reboot actually solved the problem for me. Thanks!
