Mr. Know all, when a case is closed by a court in favour of a defendant it is due to lack of evidence as always pronounced by the judge. When new damning evidence surface, the case can be opened.

There is never a thing called closed Petition period so long as there is veritable manifestation of new evidence.

That will be effort in futility because the case will get to supreme court and his tenure will come to an end in November. You know how our judicial system works.

I don't think so. Because it is newer discovery never tender in earlier trials which ended in the supreme court years ago, the supeme court will be the ones to entertain it.

If Edo P.D.P chapter are critical thinkers, now is the time to capitalize on Obasekis certificate wahala.

Trace the evidence to the purported discrepancy in his certificate, sue the incumbent Governor, Apc and every other person sueable.
