Starting from the last part, he resigned because there were some underground issues from the club management which wasnt in his favour. Also remember as at that time, there were issues with Ronaldo as a player with the club management and the coach was silently supporting his most prized assets.

The mistake we keep making here is that we are comparing Zizou who started his coaching career some few years ago to the likes of pochetino, guardola etc who started many years ago. Zizou may not have it all now but you cant just write him off just like that with many results to show for the little time he spent at Madrid.

We all know nowadays that its hard for you to win you local league, and champions league in a season as its becoming more competitive every season.

in England to win the FA cup, EFL, Premiership, Champions league, it may not happen at all, gone are those days.

I watched the whole Mancity documentary that was released around September. (over 4 hours documentary) you needed to see how he deals with his players, he doeas a whole lot of mental motivation that physical activities on the training ground

Nope you got it wrong! A coach is a coach anywhere, thats what they are trained to do. It is the function of a manager to see the loop holes in his team, work on it to bring the best. Yes he may have a rough beginning at United because United is shitty at the moment, it doesnt mean he wont be successful, where did Maurizio Sarri of Chelsea come from? Guadola? Klopps? Pochettino? Unai Emery? They are all not from England yet they are doing wonders in the league.
