You are never satisfied. I am not against you asking these questions but you need to be objective with your questions. Only you Don ask about up to 10 products even when people give their take on the products and recommend one you will still come back with same questions different products.

Some months ago you came here asking similar questions, even when people were trying to help you insulted them. Stating how you want to get a bigger system by month end..

Yes the old battery doesn't take as much current as the new battery that's why I'm having all this issue.

I'll be changing my breakers to 100amps breakers tomorrow. The current one is 60amps.

I'm not sure but i went through the manual of the inverter, it doesn't support more than 200ah battery,

It has just charging profiler of 50ah,100ah and 200ah support.

But my new battery is 280ah. I guess that's why it's not charging, I'm not sure sha.

If your old battery is still with you, test it with it

This is a lithium battery right? Cos my lead acid no dey see pass 350watt. I think the type of battery also determines if you will hit that 700watt for 12v or not

Are you using an mppt charge controller or a glorified pwm?
Are you sure your panel ain't fake?

My guess is that you bought fake panel. Panels that are not up to it's rated capacity.

No matter how bad the shading can be you shouldnt be getting 100watts from a 1050 watts panel.. If you have the picture of your charge controller and your panels, post them here.

Thanks for responding. First, it's a 12v system. The array is 350w(x3).

Secondly, I'd assume the panels are still in good condition cuz I still get around 73 volt from a possible 77.1 volt at times.

Also, it's a 2 storey building and the landlord doesn't like the idea of me having the panels on the roof, so I had to make a stand and mounted it beside the house.

When I first installed it, the location it was mounted would get sunlight until it was 2PM. And I do get around 500w during those peak periods.

But few weeks ago I started observing that once it's 12PM, these days it's even worse - 11PM, the sun moves directly above the building, and then the building shades the sun away from the panels.

And then the PV's production drops to around 100w.

Who has patronize this seller? Are his Panels rated capacity?

Just go for a 24v system. At first you said tv , 3 fans and bulbs but now you are adding washing mashing, fridge and pumping machine. Do a proper energy audit and ask for a suggestion based off that. Else náà premium tears

You know how to shed your loads, someone who's going into renewable energy wouldn't, the will like to power everything at once.

I knew nothing about RE when I started and I learnt how to shed my loads cos I did it myself
I educated my wife on how to go about it too.

He has less than 200watt load. Until he is ready to upgrade the 12v will serve him till then. Not everybody can afford 1m for solar. But there is nothing wrong with 12v systems. With 12v he can power all his devices.

Powmr charge controller 100k
Cworth lithium battery 200k or powmr 300k
1 580watt or 400watt jinko panel.

Good evening solar gurus in the house,

I have 4 250W solar panels that I intend to connect all in series and they have the following parameters

Maximum Power Pm = 250W
Vmp = 48.7V
Imp = 5.54A
Voc = 60.87V
Ioc = 5.14A

I am of the opinion that I would need an MPPT charge controller with a solar input voltage up to 220V.
Can anyone recommend any good MPPT that can accept input voltage up to 220V or more.
Anyone with a better idea on how to connect this solar setup is highly welcome.

Your panel náà fake. It doesn't matter how you connect it. You go get low generation but mppt go give you small leverage Sha. I might be wrong tho

I think you are getting this wrong. All these debate is about is that we should encourage people that wants to diy their battery. Let's talk more about how individuals can buy their cells if they can wait 3 months for delivery. Share contact of sellers in China people here have patronize. I don't think anyone is hating on anyone..
