If you are having issues with low speed, buffering and all on the odu. I think the culprit is the airtel 50mbps dns server. Since last night I was having good speed from my speedtes but my videos were buffering, some websites won't open. It happened till this morning. Then I decided to use VPN, immediately everything worked perfectly. I disconnected the VPN to test if the network became better on its own but without the VPN I was having same issue. VPN seems to have solved my problem. Let's see how it goes

Network is awesome on my end. Even with VPN the speed is amazing.

Update: seems like a reboot is needed to solve any problems with this router. It is fast but not totally reliable

I positioned this at a place I felt would have best network but I barely exceed the 20mbps for something that is supposed to be 50mbps.

I have tested it this night to confirm what the network is but it's still poor

For ZLT, use 192.168.1.1

That's what I use buy there is no call lock. Only band lock

It's not same issue I was having but try my solution let's see if it will work. Go to wifi settings on your ODU and disable single SSID.

I can't seem to log into the zlt odu. 192.168.254.1 isn't working for me. This evening I was still connected to the router but no internet till I restarted my router

When you did yours, did you utilize the cell mapper website in the video? Cos my own cell mapper is not showing any cell towers. I've been stuck there since.

Got a mail that they have assigned an installer to my device. It will take 24-48hrs for the installation

I paid for the Airtel ODU yesterday morning and the installer came in the evening. The network have been very okay. This is the network speed I'm getting this morning.

I will go for ZLT because it has 4G Cell lock and DNS settings.

But if ZTE add these settings on their firmware updates, I will go for ZTE.

Lol, rookie numbers bro. I went there 6 times before I had my issues resolved. On 3 different occasions, it was nimc portal being down.

The 6th day, when nimc went down, I vowed that if I left without resolving my problems, I'll cut my losses and move on with life. A 25k router isn't worth the stress.

Luckily for me, nimc went through when other people's were failing.

Just be patient and make sure you go early in the morning because nimc portal gets overloaded during the day.

I just renewed my 20mbps today. Maybe next month

I am giving up on this ODU palava. 3rd day of visiting the airtel office and the nimc portal is down. I think I will just continue using my hertz 6 router

Above is the quote I got. He is using felicity. I don’t intend to use light to charge it as I want to slowly leave grid as cost of band A is becoming unbearable. There is 5 TVs in the house one 42 LCD, and the rest are 42 led, and 65 led in the sitting room. I have inverter ACs and freezer but I don’t intend to use it with the package yet unless maybe during the day or when I have upgraded. I still want to be using a bit of grid to mix up in the interim until full up is done with time. Yes next year is close but not early next year as it will later end. Just as you stated, fees and the likes definitely waiting as well. So i just want to get this to help reduce cost of grid, while I plan to phase it off completely.

While the Airtel ODU might be good for some, unfortunately it's not good enough for me as lack of network for 4 days & counting has resulted in me being unable to meet up with important work deadlines. At the end of the day I just went with Starlink.

When i got the device it came with 20mbs mbs plan..it then expired and i moved to the 50mps plan and now all of a sudden i see two plans..and now I getting 20mps speed ..what sort useless network is this with thier inconsistencies

From your picture it shows the 20mbps will expire on the 29th..

It is still 25k but 2 days I have been going to airtel office and they couldn't register me cos nin link is down

I remember when I had only 1 350watt panel. To get 180watt at peak hour Na wahala. I later got 2 250watts panels, since then by 11 my battery is full. Note:: my battery is lead acid, so my battery can't take more than 325watts..

The past 2 weeks has really been terrible, it takes forever to load pictures on my phone and some sites don’t even load pictures on my laptop. This ODU should definitely improve your speed.
I am weighing my options between FibreX and this at the end of the month.

Fibre X is not in my area
