I would love to call your attention on Master of human resources as the said course is not on Sọl list. Am also a graduate of project management I would suggest if u will go for Msc project management wch is on the list or any other course.

Sorry I have asked how can anyone get a PR in project management but no one seem to have assessed through project management.

Hello House i am Adiuku Onyebuchi by name, i am new here. I was denied by Canadian Embassy yesterday reason being that i am above 30years and i have degree in Project management with 2.2 result and was going for Post graduate diploma in Business sustainability management. I was told i was suppose to go for masters direct not going for a 2 year diploma program. I have asked for a refund of my Tuition fee, Thank God i got admission in Australia in Maters in Human Resource Management in Edith Cowan College that will start with a post graduate qualifying course for four mouths starting in February 2018. and i am meant to pay AUD11600 for the four months course before starting the masters in July 2018. My sponsor is ready to pay AUD13,000 which will cover the four months course fee and Health insurance for two years and he is ready to give me statement of account with 10million as balance and give every other document as my sponsor but my problem is that he said he is not ready to pay any other fee for me when i start my masters in Australia which will start by July with tuition fee of AUD40,000 for two years. The school has told me that i can pay AUD10,000 for every period(four months per period), Please can i take up this offer, will i be able to work to pay such school fees for myself? I need help because my sponsor has already given me the AUD13,000 to pay to the school. I need suggestions please. Thank you NB he said he will give me a BTA of AUD5000 and also by flight ticket if i get visa. What do i do?

Not to discourage anyone, uncles and aunt can sponsor, it is a secondary source and you need to convince CO more. It rarely flies for canada again and soon Australia too will lock shop.

Yes he can sponsor you but your uncle and your mum will need to provide their passport pages, birth certificates and any other evidence.

Landed property is important but more important points are

1) previous educational background and experience
2) planned course of study and level in australia
3) a strong sop of your plans and intentions
3) previous travel history
4) family
4) available source of finance.
5) Luck

You and your spouse should check the skilled migration website for your options instead of the msc

You have siblings in australia, they can sponsor you on skilled migration which will make the process faster than independent.

Your siblings in Australia can also talk to migration agents in australia for possibility of employer nominations.

Submitting another study visa application is a hardcase but possible if you have strong sop amd financial evidences as you can see what is happening to loads of applicants still waiting here.

Visa refusal is a bad experience which only the applicant can understand.

Leave scrutinise.

When it comes to visa applications, the application must be very straightforward.

The fact that your spouse family is sponsoring you for masters instead of your spouse is not straightforward.

The fact that the sponsors are australian citizen sponsoring you instead of their immediate family and all of you will be travelling together is also a GTE red flag.

Stuffs happen for a purpose.

dude you want to move to aussie permanently then u need to look at SOL list first or you can choose any course and change later.

Victoria University tuitions is very good and you only pay for 1st semester in Australia mostly. search tafe in Victoria as well.

This your input is very correct cos I have a friend who choose to study diploma in community service he scaled through.

Most times our fear is that e.g If I studied project management and I want to go for bsc urban planning development or Information Technology on get to Aussie it might be difficult to change to a PR course like Nursing bsc and at the end of the day resulting in someone coming back after study.

LOL. Reliable source, you mean one of the case officers in Pretoria ? That might false because everyone knows they will verify your documents to the least.

Simple reason for the delay is because of flooding of applications for study visa during this period. I have never seen so many people apply for Australia visa before.

Lots of Nigerians got study visas late last year and this February, this has encourage lots of applicants to submit more especially those that have been refused by Canada in the past.

Most Nigerians that got the visa during that period didn't go to the schools and most just transferred to other schools.

The pretoria office also process study visas for Nigerians and west africans living in diaspora

More Nigerians are desperate to travel abroad recently and most are seeking study route.

The same office also process study visa for other applicants from other countries, so it's a lot of work and it will take grace and quality of applications to get grants this July 2017

Bad news is that lots of applications will be denied this July 2017 and it has started happening. There are lots of reasons to refuse a study visa and the flooding by applicants won't help genuine applicants.

I will advise applicants to apply for a course that is related to their education and experience.

The purpose of study visa is for you to go and study and not PR. If you want PR, there are lots of options in skill select.

These case officers are south Africans, they are smart and they know us, you can't have a background in economics or cooking and you submitting visa application for bsc nursing.

Most people want PR, but don't tailor your study visa applications towards that line.

At least keep your intentions for PR untill you get your visa.

Hmmmm! Have to take heart anyway! Got my visa rejected with decision from DIBP yesterday. The worst part is I got 3 years ban from applying any visa to Australia. This happens as a result of employment letter which could not be verified. God will grant everyone expecting his/her visa on this platform. I would get immigration lawyer in Aussie so the ban could be waived cos my Aussie partner will be in Naija for marriage so I'll file for spouse visa

Victoria University is in Melbourne footscray 15mins drive to Melbourne CBD, though am not in Aussie her experience counts as first hand. I cant say with certainly that there is employment after school when someone finish from VU( interms of school rating). so when u are in the school u have to be away that school like RMIT, la trobe, UNImel etc are there to compete.

Try Victoria University school fees for Nursing bachelor is 11500, I think they are the most affordable school but wonder why pple dont mention it here.

Try to sit for GRE and TOEFL test. Do all you can to get very good scores in GRE; you'll as well need a tremendous SOP and Letter of references. All these can cover up for the low GPA and the admission is yours! You might be lucky to get some partial scholarship as well. Nothing is impossible

your gpa is too low ,though some schools can give you admission with your gpa but youre not gonna get any scholarship or financial aid and you really need any form of scholarship to survive and make your tuition fee more affordable here in USA
