Everfrank: Use a dstv signal on the decoder, input and blind scan this frequency- 12273H11195. You'll get CNN,BBC, Aljazeera, Setanta Africa and more.
As for press tv its been removed on 1st July by Intelsat under Zionist lobbying and threats. The Zionists believe the channel is broadcasting against their interest.
Its now on a Russian satellite called Express AM44 trackable with a 1.4 metre dish C-band in Naija. Indicate your interest and I'll post the details. Cheers.

Programme is being transmitted that is why the name is displaying, however, what is not being transmitted is the 'ACCESS' to the programme by you.
So with a carefully designed software an ACCESS could be granted.
For those channels to display , two things are involved: either the company code the channels for us to access them or we satellite lovers remedy the situation for them.

Thanks 4 ur love on satellites, me too, satellites research is my area of philosophy.
To ur question, if u check those free channels u mentioned they have no VPID,APID & PPID, so the fault is from their source. However with d help of a software they can be watched as well, if u ask me, I don't have the software for now. When I get it, I will post it here 4 my fellow nairalanders.

For the fact that Mr President, GEJ, will never listen to advice from Nigerians for now,I therefore urge his Pastor to advise GEJ to make a U turn and desists from any further evil plan, if any, against Rivers State.

And that he is not also in support of the Jangajaga faction of the NGF.

The program of the burial which was released few days ago shows that late Senator (Barr.) Pius Akporokena Ewherido, who died on June 30th, 2013 will be buried on Friday July 19th, 2013. Until his departure, he was the Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District.
Burial Arrangement
Wednesday July 17, 2013 10am - Valedictory session at the Senate Chambers of the National Assembly Abuja.
Thursday July 18, 2013 10am - Valedictory session at Urhobo Cultural Center Uvwiamuge Agbarho Delta State. 4pm Vigil Mass at the Mother of the Redeemer Catholic Church Effurun, Delta State.
Friday July 19, 2013 11am - Funeral mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral Warri, followed by interment at his hometown Ewu-Urhobo Delta State.
July 21, 2013 9am - Thanksgiving mass at St Peters Catholic Church, Ewu- Urhobo.
He is survived by Mrs. Doye Ewherido (wife), six children, mother, brothers, in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins and other relations.
