A brief summary of America before an today:
In the past America was a religious society with a Secular constitution speaking of religious freedom because they did not understand Shari'a law. By denying the practice of Shari'a law in any part of the USA, the religious freedoms of Muslims are being denied.

This was the argument homosexuals used to FORCE homosexual marriage on the whole society including forcing religious institutions to accept homosexual marriage by government filing lawsuits like the one against the Boy's Scouts of America by a group of homos.

So in the past America was religious with a Christian domination. Marriage revolved around Christian values and was forced on society. Today America is extremely secular with a hatred for all religions. To make things worse Homosexuality is FORCED down the throats of everybody even internationally by lobbying for it in the U.N. charter.
In the future, with increasing Muslim population worldwide and immigration to the USA, the anger by religious Muslims will force them to find ways to use religious freedom and introduce Shari'a in some states and slowly ensure it enters the USA completely. Muslim rights are being denied in USA and the West. Homosexuality is being worshiped.

The truth is forcing the rights of a minority on a majority is not EQUALITY but tyranny with Minority becoming the oppressors of a Majority. Or you have segregation with everyone free to practice in small cubicles and society a Feudal State and not united federation. Unity requires common values. There is nothing common between homosexual abomination and divine Shari'a law. The USA must choose. But Muslims procreate rapidly while homos do not.

The majority must resist a world where homosexuals will oppress us all. Homos have already conquered Europe.

Good question for people on Capital Hill. Just because I don't support something doesn't mean it's wrong under the law because it has legal basis. Not everyone support all facets about our constitution. For instance just because I don't support abortion, doesn't mean I would not agree with[b] Roe v Wade [/b] and neither would I support measures that encourage maltreatment to women who perform it. It's a right, I'm just acknowledging their right legally doesn't mean I personally adore it. There's one thing to legally acknowledge one's right under the law and fight for the cause of such right let alone when it's protected, and another to personally encourage a behavior that I know its legally non protected.

So abortion is the right of a woman to murder an unborn baby? For those who are not religious but instead believe in evolution then destroying the foetus destroys a unique human lifeform which could be crucial for evolution. That murdered foetus could carry the genes necessary for resistance to cancer, etc.

It is almost a paradox that Homosexuals support abortion and evolution at the same time while trying to impose morality that incest is bad for society due to gene dilution. What of abortion with gene losses?

But we can push a godless society even further. Why is murder a crime? Killing should be legalized if it promotes evolution. No? But you say abortion is good for society? I mean if you think murder of viable future humans (babies) promotes healthy society, why stop at abortion only? Do you think, the godless Nazis were simply revealing the truth of a world devoid of God and divine law?

Dude I won't even start with you. People have certain rights under the law to exercise how they wish, while gay rights isn't explicitly protected under our constitution, sexual orientation is. I hope that isn't so hard to understand. President Obama supports gay rights but not gay marriage, many senators have same stance, from states to locals all agree on same stance, understand the two. Many people support gay rights for certain cause because it violates the U.S. constitution, a man getting pregnant isn't a right, that is science not under the law, so please get it straight. I strongly believe in human rights particularly those that are "PROTECTED", and a man getting pregnant isn't one of them either.

There is not such thing as "Human Rights". These change with society. That is why religious advocate divine laws from God like Shari'a Law.

If we push Human Rights to the extreme, then 14yr old girls being denied Marriage in America are suffering abuse of Human rights to get married. And please do not call them minors. Once they give birth they are mothers more so than a 20 year old woman without children who is NOT a mother.

Then there is the right for Humans to have consensual sex with their daughters if the come of age which is still illegal in USA thus a denial of basic Human Rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Happiness being denied since the loving incestuous couple cannot marry in USA.

Regarding Shari'a Law, American Muslims will use the same tactics Homosexuals are using to push the "Gay Agenda". In this case the Muslims will introduce Shari'a law gradually and over time increase it until USA is the new Caliphate. The rise of homosexuality has weakened American society with more cases of sexual identity crises among teens. Boys who would have married now play homosexual games for life, thus reproduction is affected by their avoidance of the opposite gender.

Homosexuality reduces the total active reproductive pool of human beings.

Banning homosexuality forces homosexuals into bisexuality and thus encourages procreation. Supporting homosexuality is equivalent to supporting safe-incest, since we know have technology to practice deviations without consequence.

But if we remove all religion and simply allow all that is to be, then incest which was rampant throughout human history should also result in marriage. Then by the same token that homosexuals sleep with non-partners to give birth, the incestuous couple will sleep with non-partners to give birth and practice safe-incest in their marriage.

With regard to the small proportion of biological problems of incest, these are similar to the small percentage of homosexuals who are also craddle-robbers. They all exist but are not large enough to destroy society.

Therefore, legalize incest, polygamy and homosexuality as a group in the USA or avoid hypocrisy that only puts LGBT as a group (note they are uniting consensually here) and prevent LGBT from discriminating incestuous couples joining LGBT as members of a persecuted minority. Equality for all, or return back to God's law and natural discrimination.

Muslims under our Constitution can practice their own laws and religion, BUT same law same that no one can force their beliefs, laws, or religion on someone else. In as long as Muslims are in the U.S., NO U.S. district Appellate judge will uphold such nonsense, and with 5 conservatives as Justice, they can dream. As for that article, disregard it. If what you're talking about is the Minnesota case, again disregard it. Surely when it gets to court, you can bet it won't hold.

In many countries polygamy is the law, yet when such families apply for visas they face discrimination by the USA who refused to accept that a man can have 10 wives and 70 children.

Note  that true homosexuals cannot give birth unless they become bisexual for just a day.

And speaking of hypocrisy, the homosexuals group themselves as LGTB (Lesbians, Gays, Transegenders and Bisexuals). But Transgenders are people who deliberately mutilate their bodies to resemble bodies of the opposing sex. However, this mutilation cannot give a proper manliness to a male who artificially adds bosoms. Yet homosexuals support transgender rights but feel superior and discriminate against incest AND polygamy (which is illegal in most Europe and USA).

I recently finished a module on Ethics and law (Heath and medicine based etc)  and one thing I learnt is that the may not always make sense or be right, it is still however the law and will be respected. Polygamous marriage is illegal in most states in the USA even though it is between consenting adults.

However, by the same light INCEST is NOT and never has been equated to 100% pregnancy if you use birth control, which is exactly what married heterosexuals do and even the unmarried promiscuous ones who sleep around.

Therefore, INCEST cannot destroy the gene pool any more than homosexuals destroy the gene pool because minority events do not bring catastrophe on humanity's gene pool. Speaking of birth defects many chemicals in the environment have caused defects even amongst heterosexual couples giving birth.

Please DO NOT confuse readers that incest equals pregnancy. Birth control is a fact of life today and so is vasectomy  the incestuous father is so desperate for daily sex with his daughter.

So since you REFUSE to give equality to INCESTUOUS MARRIAGE, then why should the majority of society follow your whims and give equality to homosexual marriage while ignoring other forms of marriage like INCESTUOUS MARRIAGES or even Polygamy which is a crime in the USA (but not Africa, though Africans avoid Polyandry, which is selfish).

And of course I hope you know that humans can give birth to clones in future, because once again, the gene pool you so lovingly protect can only be destroyed if every human is a clone, which you also know will never happen. So using your equal rights theory, a person will one day give birth to herself, marry her younger self and not destroy humanity because all these will remain minority deviations from the norm. There are potentials for pregnancy to happen just like in other other type of sex. And preganancy have been known to happen as a result, so I posted a link to back this up. I already said INCEST can cause pregnancy if you avoid birth control methods. Incest can occur without pregnancy just like homosexuality can occur with pedophilia. In face homosexuals have worked hard to distance homosexuality form pedophilia so you can work as equally hard to enforce "safe-incest" using birth control.

If you cannot stop discrimination against INCEST, then the vast majority who discriminate against homosexuals are better than you since they are not hypocrites like you. You support one minority only to oppress another. At least the majority of normal people believe in democracy by the numbers where the majority rules and majority are heterosexual marriages for procreation, and not incestuous marriages neither homosexuals ones (and not even those marriages barren of offspring which are also common by the way).

Incest DOES not result in pregnancy if you practice birth control. Hence, society can advocate "safe-incest" as a normal human relationship since the first sexual attraction in humans starts with their immediate family members.

Children grow up in a family first and get attracted to their other members, including sexual attraction.

Are you so daft to always equate incest with pregnancy? that is why we have birth control to enable humans to practice incest as safely as heterosexual relations among males vs female from different families.

Once again incest DOES NOT diminish the gene pool. The percentage of incestuous relations is a minority. But they can have the same equal rights you advocate for homosexuals.

Just in case you suffered from a poor biological education, incest DOES NOT deplete the human gene pool any more than homosexuality. You assume that all incestuous intimacy results in pregnancy. There can also be homosexual incest. While for the popular heterosexual incest, you have birth control to avoid pregnancy. Hence, the gene pool remains as perfectly safe as removing both incest and homosexuality from the equation of normal human gene pool.

Incest has not died in society. It is people like yourself who are prejudiced that deliberately discriminate against incest and bring ridiculous arguments about the gene pool while ignoring birth control. Nobody is forcing the whole world to commit incest. We are simply demanding the incestuous marriage have equal rights if you give equal rights to homosexual marriage. Neither of these groups can effectively procreate viable offspring, so are both equal.

Civilization is not governed by homosexuality, neither is it governed by incest. You have have a very civilized society that discriminates against both and a primitive one that allows both. But everything is relative so of course you may choose to equate civilization with homosexuality. Similarly, we can say INCEST is very civilized since it is advanced civilization that focus on birth control best practiced in America and much less in Africa.
