This scenario happens all the time when traveling by air.

Erase debts? You have to be kidding. Nigeria paid off our foreign debt several times over in interests before the final negotiated pay off, and we still handed over billions of dollars to them.
These people don't do anything for free.

The saddest part was the fact that most of the loans were stolen by corrupt politicians.

If the Chinese will lend us money to provide stable electricity for our industries, the wise thing is to take it.
