aksule: It seems we are all at logger heads on how best to prevent sucides and drugs addicts. What some commentators are saying is that we can't afford banning every thing to prevent other things especially where the use of that banned items have effects to the generality of the public thus the downtrodden masses. Those leaving in posh areas don't care about snipers. However, if the authorities believe that banning one item or the other is the solution to our problems so be it. I think they better look for permanent solution rather than fire brigade approach. That is a preventative measure and that will surely deter some people from taking their own lives. It will not stop it completely but it is a good thing to take that option off the table. There was a bridge in one the western countries where people used to throw themselves off, once they put up some barricades the number of people throwing themselves off reduced to zero. |

slawomir: The thing is people will still commit suicide
Some people are born weak. While others are as a result of mother raising weak kids and father reinforcing it
So we should always look out for such people When they are facing life challenges they tend to break down They don't heal easily from emotional trauma Just that the world is s busy doing other things that they don't create time for this weak people
Imagine a 21 year old girl in ekosodin committing suicide just because the guy he love didn't reciprocate the love Insensitive post, weak people indeed. Depression and other mental illnesses are the major reasons why people commit suicide. If you are not a doctor, a psychiatrist, psychologist or other medical professional you are not qualified to judge them. Suicidal people needs help not denigration. |

alBHAGDADI: This is just a sign that there's something sick with Nigerians. We claim our country is horrible, so we run for greener pastures. Sadly, the horrible things we claim to have run away from are replicated in the greener pastures thereby destroying those places. That shows that almost every individual Nigerian is the cause of the problems Nigeria is facing.
We have gone to small Ghana there to teach them Yahoo plus and kidnapping, yet we kick when south africans descend on us with xenophobia. You are completely right. The activities of some Nigerians abroad makes it difficult to defend them. You claim your country is not good then you go to a different country and you are doing exactly the same things you did in Nigeria that made it unlivable. |

PetroDollax: i don't care if Ghana is like one local government in your country. Ghana is not interested in any stvpid rivalry with anybody. All Ghana wants to do is to provide a good life for its people, something your pathetic leaders have repeatedly failed to do. get it into your skull. try and fix your country so that your people will not keep on inconveniencing and constitute a nuisance in other people's countries
[s][/s] Thanks for Rawlings, we all know what Ghana was before Rawlings, even at that you cannot compare apples and oranges. You are right, there cannot be any rivalry between Ghana and Nigeria. I don't know how old you are but if you didn't know a lot of Ghanaians only had Nigeria to run to when things went horribly wrong with your country, and let that sink deep into your thick black skull. |
Politics › Re: Ghanaian Media Is It Again.......demonising Nigerians by Guestlander: 3:47pm On Jun 19, 2019 |
PetroDollax: Yes, it is 100% true. Nigerians are always scheming to undermine Ghana and Ghanaians. You think because we don’t talk about it so we don’t know? All their plots in the past have failed and will continue to fail, in a Jesus name! Ghana is a nation destined for greatness. No sabotage or ill-will will change that. Fuckeduppedness Ghana is the equivalent of one state in Nigeria. There's is no rivalry. The blame goes to our leaders. We should be competing with the likes of South Korea and Brazil, not Ghana. |

Jeff Bezos Net worth (2019) - $154 Billion
So Otedola is worth ONLY ~0.2% of Bezos and, acts like he owns the world while Bezos goes to work daily, and very casual that you can hardly differentiate him from his employees.. Yet, in Nigeria they refer to Otedola as the model and humble Billionaire.. Arrant nonsense, you think 300 million is chicken change? Jeff Bezos was once worth less than 5 million dollars. |

Bede2u: mumu...am sure u knw this lies have been bursted over here.
1st ironsi never changed the regional arrangement. When ironsi died, there was still 4 regions. What he did was bring decree 4 which allowed him to apoint and sack regional governors. Gowon changed the regions while obj changed the federal constitution in 1979. Poor student of history.
2nd u now know that igbos were first to demand restructure...but u are saying we have no moral right to demand it because allegedly ojukwu was part of govt.
3rdly keep thinking its all about igbos. Dont realise wat is going on in the country and how northerners are like a parasite perching on the south and drinking its blood because of highly divisive and unreasonable elements like u People like you dumb down this forum. Ironsi changed nothing? Have a good day. |

Where u yoruba moslems not singing gowon's praise wen he abondoned the aburi accord?
All sw had to do was vote gej in for a 2nd term and get a bettet deal from him...knowing that we are all southerners....sw said no...nw the north knows they can keep power indefinitely by aligning with the different southern zones when it suits them.
South is screwed The dumb ass Ojukwu was part of the government that did away with our federal constitution. Why did he need to go to Aburi to get what he freely gave away. Did he advise Ironsi not to abolish the federal constitution, no? |
