No more Sewage Evacuation!
The biodigester is a small concrete box and the average size that can process up to 4 toilets conveniently is about 2ft by 4ft by 2ft

So rather than spend so much time, money and space digging a septic tank, we can install a biodigester for you especially when you have very little land space to manage.

When you come across it for the first time, it looks like a chamber.
Surprisingly, the biodigester decomposes toilet waste within 48hrs and will never get full.

We have constructed several of these boxes or tanks for clients in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Awka, Abuja and they are working perfectly.

For a duplex or bungalow with 4 toilets cost N250k which includes construction, installation materials and labour fees.
A site inspection is always necessary.

This is unhygienic and unacceptable.
The septic tank will always have issues in the long run and that's why we advice people to install a biodigester instead because it'll never get full neither will it contaminate ground water.
The biodigester is very efficient and works wonders.

If any part of the foundation or septic system is below the water table for a long time, then you will definitely have problems because it is almost impossible to keep water out of a structure build below the water table.

Building on a wet ground can also raise moisture levels inside the house which leads to mold and mildew. Even if the area is filled, it will probably still have some water sources which could end up in your house.

A wet site can cause problems even with slab foundation, as the excess moisture in the soil can pass through the concrete and into your home. Homes can be safely built on wet sites, but special drainage around the house and foundation and an effective moisture barrier below the foundation will be required.

What type of foundation should be used?

That depends on the type of soil and the weight of the structure. Again, a house can be built on any type of soil, but the weaker the soil, the more difficult and expensive it is to build a suitable foundation.

Before proceeding, get the opinion of an experienced engineer or surveyor to inspect the site and tell you whether it is feasible or not.

Engineers in the house, what do you think? Would you build on a swampy or waterlogged site? How much do you think it would cost to lay foundation? What type of foundation would you use?

can you work out side of lagos i have a few questions.

1 where do you channel the waste water from the toilet to?

2 how do you wash your toilets if you are not to use bleaching agents?

3 how much will the full.setup.cost it's a dry land

Yes, we can work outside of Lagos.

Two ways to channel the waste water to are:
We can dig a soak-hole, or channel it to an existing soak-hole.
Or, channel it to a public drainage since the water no longer have odour due to the process of going through the treated fibres/porous granite which filters out toxic matter.
This process will never allow it to contaminate ground water, or become harmful to the environment.

On the question of bleaching agents, whatever you wish to wash your toilet with does not affect the biodigester.

Providing you with the cost of setup will not be the first thing I give out.
My first interest will be to know the type of structure needing the digesters.
Second, how many toilets/users?
Lastly, we conduct a site assessment in person or video if far away for immediate visit.
There are different sizes for different structures which we can after we are done with our inspections and of course, its affordable.

Yes it's possible but It will require a totally different configuration to convert to cooking gas.

This septic tank collapsed and the property owner wants a biodigester to replace it.
