It's really tough for mostly parents as they can't afford to buy Christmas clothes and shoes for their kids considering the tough economy currently. Speaking with a mother of three recently, she said she can't afford to buy Christmas clothes for her kids as she still has bills to pay in January for school fees She said Christmas comes and goes but that school fees by January is very important and can't come and go. I told her that but when she was a kid too her parents bought Christmas clothes, shoes and other razzmatazz associated with Christmas She agreed her parents did for her as a kid and that it is depressing she can't do it for her kids too. Alot of parents are passing through this but at the end of the tunnel, the light will certainly shine. Happy Xmas to everybody. |

The yuletide season is here and parents always want their kids to look good on Christmas and new year day. Clothes, shoes and other accessories shopping are done prior to this days so that the kids will look good on those days. Who among the husband or the wife is most likely to buy quality things for the kids? To me I think the husband is most likely to buy quality wears for the kids as most men know quality and are ready to spend more to get that quality shoe or clothes for the kids If the woman sees that the cost is on the high side she may even decide to go for a lower quality and may not mind going to a bend down boutique to buy second new saying that those boutique do patronise the bend down boutique too. What are your thoughts? |

The Nigerian politicians have totally destroyed Nigerian economy kpatakpata to the extent that small neighboring countries bordering it are now rejecting the Nigerian currency as it is as worthless as tissue paper with no value. I asked a lady this morning at the restaurant about the cost of a bag of rice and the price she told me was mind blowing. She told me neighboring countries like Ghana who make use of cedis and even Francophone countries have a better currency than us and are presently rejecting our naira as they don't want to set their eyes on it. Our currency were far stronger than these currencies just a couple of years ago. Who come do us like this. So so sad what the country has become. It is well.
