It's not just about the Nigerian economy. Nigerians often use poverty as an excuse for their excessive materialistic behaviour when it's just greed. Malians, Nigeriens, Chadians, Burundians are poor but they aren't as entitled as Nigerian women. As you very well know, Nigerian women abroad are also materialistic.
