To my own understanding, i think what the OP is saying is that he want to be able to upload the already registered user in his or her database to the one online.
if this is correct, you can simply achieve this by exporting your local database and importing it to the remote server, all information with remain the same and function as on local.

According to reports we are monitoring, Mr Obafaiye Shem, the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has been suspended.
His suspension comes on the heels of his now famous ‘oga at the top’ comment which went viral after his embarrassing ordeal at the Channels Television breakfast programme – Sunrise Daily.

The new website we are going to see now its going to be made know by #myogaatthetop, I can not categorically tell you one now.

This is really not encouraging for dudes like me, because I thinking of developing apps fir BlackBerry 10 for Nigeria, I have sent them email several times concerning this but no reply.
I guess that's why apple and android are far way better for mobile market.

Perhaps i will say its night, but for me i can code whenever am relaxed.
In some cases i will wakeup from sleep, after more chores i open my PC and want to work on something, before i know it i will discover that i spend more time browsing the internet going from site to site.
So people might say, when they are hungry or tired, but these are not my case, i work more when am less hungry and also full of strength.
Wow, what do you do if you open your PC beside your bed, funny, i become lazy and sleep off.
