Every new year, great/determined people always set a goal better still "wishlist" for the new year, in which some attainted the set goals or tried to keep to it 80%. My own wishlists for the new year goes thus; 1.....Do more of exercise this year. 2......Stay away from irrelevant social chat(chit-chat) but focus on more way to advertise my product on social media. 3..... Won't pay attention(sh*t) to Wat people says about me. Never 4..... Read more books by many authors this year. 5......Eat more fruit than junks food this year 6..... Learn how to play guitar this year. 7..... To be diligent in my business. 8.....and lastly learn how to say "thank you Lord" for each day and "God bless me" for new day. I guess some of you have your set goals this year, kindly share with us as it might be an inspiration to others. I guess Oga Seun have some for this great site like censoring some words and eradicating spammers totally lolz ![]() Whichever way just share to us. |

decode55:Nobody is a mofo here unless you're one yourself. Take your time. Hidden under your home calling people mofos doesn't make you a wise man.... Kiddo |
timijoseph01:It ain't bad to worse man. Jonathan governments is bad already... Let's try another party this time around. It just 4yrs. |
Collynzo22:That was under military rules and it happen almost in every country that practice military regime. Freedom is limited then. That can't happen now in democracy days. So I guess you're still a kid when it comes to history. |
Those that take cognisance of my activities here knows well that I am not a fan of politics. I only visit politics section when I clicked on featured topics on the homepage. Now my reason for saying people should vote Buhari is but only one thing which I called CHANGE CHANGE they said is constant. "There's no better hell" than what we've experienced in the past few years if at all you're scared of the government of Buhari. Are you not tired of seeing same things over and over again? Why do people change phones, clothes, cars, work etc? Probably because they want fresh air,new experience etc. I just wonder why we that call ourselves giant of Africa cannot take a bold steps when it comes to CHANGE So my good people, I'm not here or on a sponsorship by anybody to campaign for Buhari but to let you know that change is the only constant thing in the world. If we can endure for the past 16years of the rain of pdp I think 4 years is not too much in the hands of Buhari. Spread this news across. And all we are saying is; we want CHANGE Thank you all. Over to you all. |
Disable location reporting and history GPS is a huge battery hog, as it harnesses data from the phone's GPS chip, cell phone towers, and Wi-Fi hotspots to find your location. The more a phone surveys your location, the more battery it uses. And that goes beyond just Google Maps. Location reporting and location history are two GPS-based services with somewhat unclear motives. According to a Google Help page, the services can be used in conjunction with any other Google Apps, and may be used to improve your experience. Chances are you can probably live without them, so disable these two features by going to Settings > Location > Google Location Reporting. Disable Google Now cards Now is an unmatched personal assistant, but some of its services -- which come in the form of informational "cards" -- are tireless battery drains. For example, a card titled "Nearby places" shows you nearby attractions when you travel to a place that Google recognizes is out of your usual routine. Cool? Yes. Necessary? No. To disable cards, go to Google Now, then scroll down to the very bottom, and tap the magic wand. Here, you can pick the cards you actually need. As a general guide, the GPS-reliant cards will demand the most battery, so disable cards like "Travel time" and "Nearby places" to see a battery boost. Wi-Fi scanning It's well-known that when Wi-Fi is left enabled, more energy is used. However, on Android , even when Wi-Fi is disabled, a phone could still be searching for networks. To make sure this isn't happening, head to Wi-Fi settings > Advanced. Here, uncheck the option for Wi-Fi scanning. Going forward, you'll have to connect to Wi-Fi manually, but you'll get a longer battery life in return. Get out of sync When you add an e-mail account to your phone, Google assumes you'd like to sync just about everything. That includes Google Play purchases, Google Keep, and even photos. That last one is killer: photos. Each time you snap a picture, Google uploads it to your account to back it up. For those who use their phone as their primary camera (that's everyone, right?), this can seriously hurt your battery life. There are two ways to change this. Head to settings and find your e-mail address under Accounts. Tap the account name again to access sync settings, where you can un-check the items you don't want synced. Included there is that "Google Photos" option. Alternatively, head to the Gallery app > Settings, and disable Google Photos Sync. Use the battery tool If you're unsure how energy-demanding an app is, or you're wondering why your battery is draining so quickly, use the Battery tool. The feature shows you which apps use the most battery, with the top two items almost always being Screen and Wi-Fi. Goto settings and click on battery to see which apps are consuming your battery. BONUS: search for any "Auto kill" apps on Google. Play store to kill running app automatically. Coined from CNET.com |

kelvin1191:PM me bro, lets talk biz. |
@ Ymodulus, you are doing a great job here... keep it up. Let me add to it.... having a biz deal with secondary schools and university is the easiest way this days to making it from importation business. As some of my followers are asking me on whatsapp on how i collected contract of tabs worth 1.6m last year from two schools tho i mentioned the tactics i employed on the thread. But lemme still chip in here. Just make friends with any of the student of the school or go with someone closer with the school management, let the person vouch for you that you can handle that. Tho your success is high if you have your company registered with CAC, or if you are vouched by any community leader in that area where you want to do the biz. Always, i repeat always go with prototype of any biz you want to do with these people(i mean samples) That way your chances are also high. which everyone what they wish themselves. |
Ok guys, enough of the debate..... window is the best..... |
Elxandre:Bro, you may rate android because of its popularity and number of users but when it comes to apps and smooth Os like highziq mentioned then android is nowhere near iOs... Bro, try and use iOs for 6months and you'll surely know the different. btw, iPhone can also be jailbroken like rooting of android so how is android number one? |

chrismmm:Both gender enjoys that. |
Raymysterio:In what way man? |
The other day, I saw a thread on FrontPage on how guys shouldn't pamper or over pamper a lady. I read so many comments from both the men and the ladies. But what baffles me most is how girls keep using the word " I deserve it" Not only from this thread that this words always spring up from ladies. In almost any topic about relationship and romance here on nairaland, I do come across that word " I deserve it" Ladies want gender equality but they are not ready to add to the mans life positively, they want the man to provide everything from pant to even pampers. To the extent, if possible they would demand their boyfriend/husband should be bathing them, cooking for them and do all sort of ladies core every damn time. Some of them will not even give a damn when your birthday is coming up much less sent you a birthday message nor give you birthday gifts. No good morning nor goodnight message. No "I love you first" from them because it is the mans' duties to say that word "I love you" first. My questions now is; what do you girls/ladies deserve all the time in a relationship when you ain't adding any thing positive to the mans life? Your opinion needed but no insult coz we just want to know what you deserve all the time.
