Smart guy, he has seen how the Catholic and Anglican Churches in Anambra state have transformed educational institutions handed over to them by Peter Obi administration with minimal school fees thereby turning the state to number one in WAEC, Unity Schools entrance, JAMB, International exhibitions etc.
That school will attract quality manpower with this decision and won't delay students with ASUU strikes
