We have not rode alone, who dwell not just on hope
though yet against rote we sought around ageing wheels
Is it not the same song we once sang that now reveals?
What we are, we are, hanging on a fading rope!

And for each lost word, each vain spat in lure
for our well deserved voice will not again go
unclaimed, unasked for, ignored - that for sure.
We now see clear. And we will never stay low.

No more, no more. Yes, no more.
Give us leaders, but not like we had before.

For a published poet, your spellings really suck. This led me to conclude that you are obviously in the wrong place to recruit poets for your director. By the way, directors do not "purblish" poetry, nor do poets seek to become "stars in the society"

VALENTINE FANTASY

This day reminds of memories of old,
Of words and thoughts and works and tugs of war
It brings back sighs of days of heat and cold
And days we stared and wondered what was more.
The pristine wind brings back your specless face
Adorned in hues and shades of innocence
With thunderclap I see that smile of grace
That went with us under the public lens.
But then I stop to look behind and forth
Since now alone we know, and thus obey.
This transient game will one day gain its worth
