Did my Bio-metric Dec 31st too. Called UKVI office today & was told a decision has been made. I just tracked now and it's on 'Application Transferred to VAC'. Waiting for pick up mail anyway.

Hello house,school gave me extension till 24th and I applied for super priority and will be submitting on 20th,can I still meet up with the school date and if not,what are my options. Very urgent thanks

University of Wolverhampton for example allows a flexible payment plan, infact u can negotiate with them how you want to spread the balance across and as long as u keep up with the payments and don’t miss any deadline your good to go.

If you get free accommodation more than half of ur prob is solved. However working 20 hours a week won’t be enough to make as much money to pay tuition balance.

Hey guys.
So one for the culture.
Visa Application: Nov. 27th
Biometrics: December 2nd
Transferred to DMC: December 6th
Transferred back to VAC: January 10th
Passport Pick Up: Jan 10th.
VISA GRANTED!!!

PS: This was after an initial application not straight forward mail received on the 6th of December.
I didn't have to wait to get a collection email too. I just walked in this morning, and I was told it was in transit, and asked to come back after noon.

I got a msg that my BRP has been processed which means that decision was made since, I paid for courier service, yet no collection mail and DHL said my document hasn't gotten to them yet.

Please what should I do next?
Where would my document be and is there any means of contacting them since the tracker is still showing that my doc is at the DMC?

Usually the difference btw one way and return is not that much so it will be wise to buy return.

If any issues arise at the POE (which I doubt for students especially) u are covered as u already have ur return ticket.

NB: Return tickets have validity of 11 months I guess and can be extended further after that for a fee which will work out cheaper than buying one way when/if going back to Nigeria after studies

No I don't think it matters for UK student Visa... what important is that you have in your account the relevant maintenance and tuition for 28 days

How important is the amount your sponsor earnings to embassy? I was asked how much and i was like I wasn't sure but should be around....and the interviewer was like don't worry, it's ok,will that be a problem?
