It is possible for the quantity shown in the picture to be around 500M if it contains Biologics. Biologics are usually expensive. The worth of the fake drugs is not the main thing but the fact that they are detected, confiscated and destroyed is the main thing.

providing those type of information you suggested to the general public will hurt the business of genuine manufacturers. The only thing they can do is to tell you how to identify fake or counterfeit medicines but they can't and shouldn't give you the names of the actually medicines especially if the manufacture and distributor have obtained license from NAFDAC. Remember to have a fake product, genuine product must exist.

If you were born 25-30 years ago you would have heard,experienced and even learnt to identify the problems facing Nigeria as a country.When I read the topics on this section I could see some individuals who really care about this country and they critically appraise what is wrong or right in what they have observed.

One thing is usually lacking though; that is proposed solution to these problems.What I am trying to do here is to select a problem and let people share their ideas and have a good discusion on them.

So here is the scenario, You as a voter have the power to select or deselect whom you like to office be it national or state levels.

What characteristics or personality would make you vote for an office aspirant?

,  this was what a 70yr black old man said to me after a  small encounter. just to put things in a better perspective I am also black in my 20s and this happened in London.

This man came to my shop, a drug store to obtain his medications and he asked how to use them. He asked if the two medicines can be used together I said yes (because they can be used together) and he further asked if they are the same " i said no they are not the same but complimentary" he looked at me and said "you are eurocentric" and he packed his medicine and worked off.

I know this old man might be loosing his faculties but can anyone deduce from what i have just described how he came to this conclusion.

People have given you great advice but I just want to point something out. At your BP you have a mild hypertension which i think you shouldn't worry too much about. Since you said "you exert more energy daily".My question is was your BP measured after you've had at least 15minute rest between walking?.

75kg alone is not enough to determine your risk for hypertension and your body mass index (BMI) can be calculated by measuring your height as well.When you use this formula[BMI=weight(kg)/H squared (metres squared] and your ans. is less than 25kg/m squared then you should be fine in terms of been overweight or obese.

Just stick to a routine that works for you as suggested by other posters and stop the junk food.

Let me see if i get this right, but first contrary to the empathy n sympathy some NLers showed you,reading your post does not evoke the same thing in me.I do not feel sorry for you at all because this is a game to you. you know it and the guy involved knows it as well. As someone said you are out played but it doesn't make sense to you and you want it to make sense.Your reality is so different.You command, they come running to you and this guy has taken you from that to his own world to leave and you like it and dispised it at the same time because u r not in control and things had to make sense.The only way it wuld make sense is if the guy admits that he loves you or a feeling exist somewhere in him.so that he can be like evry other guy you have met and treated as it pleases you.

You have been advised to Bleep him.pls do that if you really want to get lost in his world and reality especially if he knows how to satisfy you in that area thats an added game 4 him. you've just reinforced another strong hold for some fun games, you have given yourself over to him. My guess is you would do what you would do anyway when either one of you visits.All this is just a means to justify your subsequent actions and rationalise percieved mistakes. If you want to know how he feels about you,asking him after some sessions would only warrant a long hug and more side extra games like a Mcdonalds side orders. So do it with consequence in mind.
