Ate it very well sef even the seed.
I remember when we are done eating the flesh, we will break the seed and soak it in water. The seed is like coconut.

In these days that baking ingredients are so expensive.

Just use the one that turned out nice hold body.

If it was for.house consumption, e for better. But na order for sallah. Had to use my last dime to get ingredients again and bake and deliver.
I just the wait for payment.

Had a bad cake day today. And the cake was an order to be delivered in the evening. The first bake was nothing to write home about,had redo it and it came out fine.
First pic was the cake that flopped
Second pic is the one that came out fine
