I don’t like Gwote @halcyon & zoer. The food is not appeasing to the eyes. The first and only time I had Gwote was the type prepared by an Adamawa woman. It was made with acha, locust beans and plenty meat (my attraction).

The locust beans is the KD method and is same method I use,enough locust beans and I used biscuits bones. Acha is hard to get around here hence the use of maize grits.

What is it made out of?

It contains the following:
Spinach
Sorrel leaves
Spring onions
Cabbage
Tomatoes
Pepper
Onions
Garden egg(you can use the sweet and the bitter ones but I prefer the bitter ones)
Groundnuts
Brisket bone
Some people add pumpkin but I don't
Seasoning cubes and salt
They lastly, the binder which is acha(hungry rice) or maize grits. I used maize grits since am out of acha.
And I added dadawa

Add either sugar or honey to sweeten it. And if you like it a bit sour,you can add tamarind or lime

For the pudding, you will need
Rice(shinkafan tuwo)
Groundnuts(raw)
Soak your Groundnuts till soft(soaked mine for like 3 hrs)
Next you grind the Groundnuts to a smooth paste.
Add water to you grinded Groundnuts and sieve the milk out.
Wash your rice and add to the milk and cook on low heat till very soft. That is all

Not my factory but from a factory within the area,we have like four factories in my area and they all sell a bag at the rate of 130.
