Job Title: NOC Support Engineer

Responsibilities 
The NOC Engineer will be responsible for the first line network monitoring, surveillance and fault management support on the elements and components of the Customers LTE network, using various network management and trouble ticketing systems. The NOC Engineer’ responsibility includes:
• Monitor the customers’ LTE network providing specific update, status and performance of all network components, capacity services etc.
• Maintain and ensure full compliance with all Customers NOC processes and procedures
• Ensure proper technical documentation of all network events throughout normal/shift cycle or operations.
• Answer all network support related telephone calls and interface with internal/external customers on operational issues and related network events, using standard operating procedures.
• Run daily and weekly management reports on network events and activities as well as tracking escalations and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure all customer SLAs are met.
• Identify and provide at least first line support on all faults on the customers’ network in accordance with the Company’s standard operating procedure for fault escalation and management.
• Open a trouble ticket (TT) for every network event and ensure it is tracked up to the point of closure.

Contact: Under the supervision of the NOC Supervisor, you will be required to liaise and interface with other groups/departments typically involved in the Technical Management of the project.

First, the Land Rover brand is an off-road oriented luxury brand while the Range Rover model is the most luxurious model of the entire Land Rover brand. ...the LR brand or Discovery brand is stronger...being an off-road then oriented for luxury. The interior of the brands of same year look almost the same though.

Secondly, going by your budget, you will only be able to get a locally used LR4, Discovery4 or an equivalent Range... Is that what you want?

Lastly, I think the LRs and Discovery brands are suited more for corporate than the Range...except of course the recent models. My analysis was based on your budget... An LR4 at most.
