Despite the Federal court injunction that barred Singer Runtown from performing anywhere in the US, the singer went ahead and performed at an Oakland show in the United States.

The singer Runtown and his record label Eric Many Entertainment fell out over a contract breach which involved planning tours in the United States without consent of his label, making false, malicious and defamatory statements against Eric Many and its CEO, Prince Okwudili Umenyiora.


The court case is still on and I wonder what this his action would cost him when the case is heard again on the next date that he and his estranged label are scheduled to reconvene in court which is on June 14, 2016 in New York.

I wonder why the government is trying to shield those who returned looted funds, that they returned should not mean they are saints, they stole in the first place and if pressure was not mounted on them to return or they did not get scared, they would never have returned anything.

Publishing names and amount returned is true accountability and this government should stick to that. We Nigerians want to see the names of who caused deaths,poverty and starvation in the country by looting funds whether they have returned it or are still playing big to get. We have a right to know. Give us the full list

Sammie who recently returned to Nigeria following a battle with cancer is heartbroken, while Famous People reports in detail, how the Afrojuju singer met and allegedly married the new Woman.

According to Famous People: “Sources told us that the musician has been moving from one party to another party, painting the town red with his new wife. They were spotted at Demola Oniru’s birthday party recently whispering sweet nonsense into each other ears. Meanwhile, the musician has abandoned his wife who had gone through thick and thin with him and battling cancer. Family members of Sammie are so bitter with the musician.”

It was a tragic end for some armed robbers who attempted to rob a bullion van today, along stadium road, Ellekahia in Port-Harcourt, Rivers. There were gunned down by soldiers. Two other members of the gang were also arrested.

Trouble In Paradise: Singer Runtown And Eric Manny Records Part Ways On A Bitter Note, Claims Threat To His Life;


There seem to be trouble in the camp of Nigerian singer, songwriter and producer Runtown and his the record label he is signed unto Eric Manny Records owned by billionaire businessman, Okwudili Umenyiora. Runtown has parted ways with the record label and it seemed it was not done on peaceful grounds because Eric Manny Records has gotten a court injunction stopping Runtown from performing as an artist, amongst other things, pending when they settle their issues.

On his part Runtown's wrote to the Record Label through his lawyer claiming threat to life, extortion, and that he didn't get his payment/royalties from performances, ring-back tunes and etc. He also said he has returned all properties he received from the label when he signed with them in 2014. Boason Omofaye ,Head Business of News on ChannelsTV, yesterday broke the news of a Zambia woman from Lusaka, Zambia allegedly shot her husband dead on May 25, because he had a child with another woman.


According to Zambezi News, Police deputy spokesperson Rae Hamoonga in a statement to Mwebantu stated that 30 year old Precious Longwe Liteebele shot her husband Akakanda Lubinda Liteebele five times.
"The murder occurred at around 03:00 hours at unknown house number off Buluwe Road Woodlands extension in which Mr. Akakanda Lubinda Liteebele aged 30 years was shot at five times by his wife Precious Longwe Liteebele aged 30years,” stated.
"The couple was working for a named bank and Precious has been arrested and charged with murder. She used a pistol and the deceased sustained five bullet wounds: on the chest, left rib side, right rib side, lower back and on the right arm."


The statement also stated that four empty cartilages, one projectile and one ammunition were found on the scene, the pistol had been retrieved by the police and that the body of the deceased was in the University Teaching Hospital mortuary

Court Orders Worldwide Freeze Of $1.8 Billion In Assets Stolen By Kola Aluko, Jide Omikore And Atlantic Energy SAHARA REPORTERS

A federal high court in Lagos has granted a Mareva injunction permitting the Nigerian government to freeze assets owned by two Nigerian businessmen Kola Aluko and Jide Omokore, and their company Atlantic Energy. The individuals are linked to former Nigerian oil minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke in a wide range shady business dealings that illegally transferred Nigerian oil assets to them and their companies.



The legal documents, exclusively obtained by SaharaReporters, demanded a global freeze of $1.8 billion in assets stolen by Atlantic Energy executives Kola Aluko and Jide Omokore. This development follows reports that Mr. Aluko sold his lavish Bel-Air mansion in Los Angeles, USA at a $2 million loss. Mr. Omikore has also been under intense scrutiny by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which seized a 2 million pound wristwatch from him on April 27th, 2016 and raided his Nigerian homes on October 2nd, 2015.



Atlantic Energy was granted enormous contracts from the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) under the direction of the embattled former Minister for Petroleum Resources Madueke. According to reports, when Mrs. Madueke granted Atlantic Energy contracts through the Strategic Alliance Agreements (SAA) the company did not even legally exist.

According to legal documents, available below, Mr. Aluko and Mr. Omikore stole more than $1.7 billion from the Nigerian government.



Assets specifically mentioned include three mansions in Los Angeles, two high-end apartments in New York City, properties in Santa Barbara, California; numerous properties in Lagos including 43 apartments in Banana Island, 58 vehicles, the Galactica Star yacht, and three airplanes.

According to new reports, Mavin Records First Lady, will soon sign a record deal with Roc Nation owned by Beyonce's husband Jay Z. It is said that Tiwa Savage is currently being observed closely by Jay Z and he is ready to Sign a deal with the singer under his Roc Nation Label.

According to Urban View, Roc Nation sources say Jay Z is extremely impressed with Tiwa’s catalogue and profile and gave the go-ahead for the deal yesterday, put together by Roc Nation’s Briant Biggs and Shawn Pecas.

Here comes another one, I hear people saying the probe is one sided and a witch hunt, seriously, who in their right minds really care if its one sided, two sided or a witch hunt, if your name is called, go and clear yourself.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), today, May 24, declared former deputy governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, wanted. The former senator is wanted in connection with a case of receiving and misappropriating the sum of over N700, 000,000.00 from the Office of the National Security Adviser, between June and November, 2014.

According to EFCC, Omisore has been elusive and refused to report to the Commission after invitation was extended to him on April 7, 2016 requesting him “to come and make clarification on the ongoing investigation”.

Instead of responding to the Commission’s investigation Omosore had approached the Federal Capital Territory High Court for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights.

Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf consequently ordered that Omisore should only be arrested through a due and legal process. The EFCC thereafter obtained a warrant to effect the arrest of the politician.
