This is my opinion about it. Registering your account as business name or liability company has nothing to do with appovals.

Also the POF is a big issue, VOs have issues with third party sponsors. If he can get a very close relative to sponsor or he himself to sponsor himself.

That's my take.

*Also the POF is a big issue, VOs have issues with third party sponsors. If he can get a very close relative to sponsor or he himself to sponsor himself*

This right here is my major concern, cause I believe this is where my refusal emanated from. Though my sponsor paid the first tuition fee and I explicitly stated that.

The GCMS would clearly point out their concerns, just no time.

Hello, going through your details for refusay, I can understand why you were denied.

Please permit me to point out a few:

1. Your economic times (business and employment). The fact is, if your business was stable and doing well, you wouldn't have to be on another employment with a salary. Your earning a salary from another employment is a clear indication that your business is rather a side hustle and you're not very serious with it. The employment is obviously more important to you and at such, you can easily abandon that and whisk away in Canada.

2. Your family ties is not strong enough. Your mother and your two sisters can literally take care of themselves without you (well, depending on their age, but I guess they are not so little).

But most of all, I think the economic ties knocked you off. And also, I am not sure what structure your business is registered under with CAC. If it's Business Name, forget it. It's not regarded.

For your POF, you actually don't have issues with that. You are good to go.

I hope this few points of mine...

I love and appreciate every one of you in this platform. Thanks for having me.

Thanks for taking time to reply.

I stated clearly in my SOP that my business was operated on a part-time basis, i.e Weekends, also my mum stays with me and she’s in her sixties.

The point they made was on my financial capabilities which is directly the POF and family ties which I explained and attached documents to prove.

All in all, I have paid for my GCMS notes.

Hi guys,

I just got a refusal with below details;

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

First and foremost: I do not have family in Canada, and I stated that in my SOP, my family here includes, my mother, and my two sisters - Pictures attached. I also have two businesses, one has been registered(CAC document provided and my business IG handle also given) since 2019, up and running. I am also gainfully employed (and attached an introduction letter from my place of work amidst other documents).

Secondly, I used a third party sponsor, who sent the first semester tuition to my account(with narration’tuition fee’ that was also attached, I attached years of communication (text messages) between me and my sponsor, he’s my mentor. I have explained in my SOP how he would make the payment remaining for the 2 semesters(it’s a year program). His sponsorship letter also well explanatory.

How can I raise the assessments note please? My program starts this January.

Please has anyone successful paid school fees via Western Union recently. My bank decline payment instructions because the Beneficiary name is the Name of the School.

Who has similar challenges paying school fees to MUN

Hi, I paid via UBA, just ensure you put your reference number in the FORM A.

I recently tried to make payment through form A to Conestoga college using Western Union International Student pay solution through first bank. The payment was declined. I was informed by First Bank that they can not make payment to third party that the payment has to go to the school directly.

Has anyone encountered similar issue and what is the way out please?

I used UBA on a Tuesday and was debited on Wednesday. Telex copy on Thursday or so. Western Union paid school same day.

The THREE (3) IMM Forms Needed for Canada Study Visa Application
(a.) Application of a Study Permit made outside Canada. (IMM 1294)
(b.) Application for a Temporary Resident Visa made outside Canada.
(c.) Family Information Form (IMM 5645 or IMM 5707)

Make sure you download the IMM forms with a Laptop or Computer from CIC website, don't download it from anywhere else cos they do update their IMM forms, the IMM form of January 2021 would likely be different from the IMM form of June 2021

Note: Don't do all of this on your phone, you are to do all of this strictly on your LAPTOP or DESKTOP COMPUTER, an IMM form can't be opened on a mobile phone

How do you mean getting stuck ?
Based on this picture you attached, there is no more space on the date you are on, so select another date from the calendar.

All available dates are showing same error, even went as far as December to confirm, same thing

This is not the conventional western union of sending and receiving money.

The option available by the school is Western Union Student global pay which is acceptable by Banks here in Nigeria together with other Form A requirements, You will need to raise a quote as seen in the below picture (Quote last for 3 working days - advised your bank to deal swiftly). I just did a demo for you. Funds are paid in USD or EUR, then the school received the CAD equivalent via the Form A route.

The advantage flywire has is that your funds are 'almost received instantly' but very expensive. WU Globaypay saves you some funds but needs the swiftness of you and your bank in determining how long the process will take.

Shalom!

Already printed something like this. Will try it out. Thanks a bunch

Hi guys,

How do one pay for the tuition deposit? Got admission into Durham College, the options given are: western union (was told can’t send money from Nigeria through this), and fly wire (very expensive).

Sent a mail to the school to get the remittances details so I can pay using Form A, but no respond.
