There is no section of the constitution that requires Buhari to submit anything.

The section requires prood of having a certificate ie, even if it's just a classmate that says he attended the same college as Buhari, that's proof enough. The certificate it's self was never required

Perjury as you say is telling a delibrate lie under oath. Buhari stated that his WASC result was woth the military as the original copy was submitted to them. All military personnel submit the original copy of their credentials and if Buhari did, the problem is with the military who may have been arm twisted into dabbling into political matters and with Buhari for not requesting a new one from Cambridge. APC shouldn't have fielded him, he has too many controversies.

Ah! This man deserves to be trounced. How can someone boast of creating 5,400 jobs when there are over 27 Million jobless graduates who have no job or underemployed? Obama has been creating between 230,000-380,000 jobs per month since 2011 summer and many people still think that is not enough and this man is proudly boasting about creating 5,400 jobs in six years.
