Consider this a lesson in Election winning 101. This is a wise and strategic move by the APC. Buhari is currently likely to win the election, there is no need to expose himself or play into the hands of the PDP. The PDP will use the debate medium to discredit him and try to force errors in an otherwise flawless campaig[/b]n. Along with the on-ground campaigning, Google Hangout meeting with the public and TV appearances by APC surrogates, all main issues have already been discussed.

Flawless campaign? Campaign by a party whose flag bearer could not even satisfy the most minimum requirements to contest presidential election. Where is Buhari's Secondary School Leaving Certificate to convince INEC and Nigerians that he attended secondary school?

At what juncture shall Buhari call it quits in this presidential race, instead of further making a mockery of himself?

It can only be in a banana country that a presidential candidate shall continue to play hide-and-seek in making voters know whether or not the candidate has basic academic qualifications.

In a civilized country, this Buhari's hide-and-seek game alone is enough to make the public start to shout for Buhari to step down from the race.

What answers shall Buhari give to the following questions if he goes to the debate?

1, Where is your secondary school leaving certificate?
2, Did you enroll into the Nigerian Army without requisite academic credentials then?
3, Why did you swear to an affidavit that the army secretariat is having your certificates, but the secretariat says it is not having your certificates?

When Buhari charged Muslims in 2001 to ensure that Islamic sharia criminal codes like stoning women to death for adultery and cutting the fingers of petty thieves, etc., should be implemented in all of Nigeria, and shortly after that Boko Haram went virulently violent, what did people expect? Did people expect Buhari to be against Boko Haram?

The Yoruba socio-political group Afenifere has endorsed President Goodluck Jonathan’s bid for a second term in office.

It gave its endorsement at a meeting of its members with the President at the residence of Afenifere leader, Chief Reuben Fasanranti in Akure on Tuesday.

Jonathan told reporters as he left the meeting place that he had come to pay homage to the leader of Afenifere.

Spokesman for the group, Yinka Odumakin, told reporters after the meeting that the endorsement was predicated on the President’s commitment to implementing the recommendations of report of the National Conference 2014.

“Afenifere supports the President’s reelection because he had the courage to convoke the national conference and we hope that he will implement the report.

“The President expressed the commitment that he will adopt the report within 12 months of returning to office,” Odumakin said.

Governor Olusegun Mimikon, who spoke after the meeting, said “This is the first time Afenifere will be endorsing any President.”

He said Afenifere remained a credible and dependable socio-political group in the south west.

1, General Sir, the only way to convince any body that one passed through secondary school is by showing one's secondary school leaving certificate or true certified copy, so do you believe that you convinced INEC by sworn affidavit, showing your examination number or showing who your class mates were?

2, Sir, did you present your secondary school leaving certificate the time you were enrolled in Nigerian army, because if you did, Nigeria army must still still be having a copy of it, despite your claims that IBB boys seized the originals of your secondary school certificate?

3, Sir, Cambridge University that supervised the WASC exams you claim you took still exist. So why couldn't you all these years and days approach Cambridge University to tell them that you lost the original certificate which Cambridge issued you, and thus request Cambridge University to issue you with a certified true copy for record purposes?

4, Sir, don't you think that Nigerian army must obliterate all the professional certificates, civil and military service works of yours and make them irrelevant for record purposes if you ever joined Nigerian army without relevant academic qualification/certificates? [/b]

Soludo even further opened his biased mind when he posited in the article that veteran Economist, Okonjo Iwealla, should not have been in charge of managing Nigeria's economy. Soludo said an Architect, Namadi Sambo the VP, was the man to have been in charge of managing the economy. Shior

Soludo had issues with late Dora Akunyili. Soludo is ever vindictive, that's what motivated his recent article. APC forget the message, the messenger has a rabid mind.

After late Head-of-State Sani Abacha died, Buhari openly told the world that late Abacha was not corrupt, and Buhari never cared that millions of dollars of stolen Nigerian money stashed by Abacha were discovered in foreign banks.

Buhari has always gotten away with impunity in Nigeria, beginning from when he had no qualifying certificate but got enrolled in the Nigerian Army all the same, and rose to general, and even became Head-of-State. Since then Buhari has thumbed his nose on Nigerians as very foolish people.

a man swore under oath that his school leaving certificate is with the military secretariat;

the military secretariat says that the man's certificate is not with it.

Only in Nigeria can such a man still have honour and still address people, criticize incumbent govt, and even tell people that he wants to be president of the country; --- and wait for it, to fight corruption;

yet the law enforcement agencies have yet to put the man under trial; yet some people still listen to the man -

Crook. You carefully wrote "rail project" instead of Lagos Metro Rail Transport System.

Even Great Britain, USA, China and countries as rich/poor as Nigeria borrow to finance such huge projects.

There are at least 8million daily commuters in Lagos; if Lagos Metro was not cancelled by Buhari, it would have survived and since paid off whatever money borrowed to finance it.

Lateef Jakande till today says it that his greatest regret in politics is his Lagos Metro project which Buhari cancelled.

Buhari cancelled the project because it was not meant for Buhari's north. Above all, Murtalla Mohammed had before then concluded plans to transfer Nigeria's capital from Lagos to the north.

His staff just said that Buhari did not request for the statement, so who is telling lies, Buhari or the school?

If at the end, Buhari had no required qualifications before he enlisted in the Nigerian Army, that means whatever career advantages Buhari gained from when he enterd Nigerian Army - like years of military and Civil service, military training and professional certificates - all of them must be obliterated and not valid for any record purposes.

It is like one, who for example, fraudulently enrolled in a university without initial qualifying certificates, graduated and became say, a Senior Banker or a Senior Engineer somewhere.

Any day the university he attended discovers that the now Senior Banker or Senior Engineer did not have the necessary qualifications before he enrolled in the university, that day, the University degree which the Senior Banker or Senior Engineer acquired becomes null and void.

Any other advancements in education or career the dud made after enrolling in the university becomes irrelevant for record purposes.[/b]

In nearly every family in Ondo and Ekiti states, you are most likely to find a university grad. Ondo is not Aregbs state.

Muhammadu Buhari, or now Mohamed Buhari, (according to his newest statement of result) joined his country's military officers cadet force with a mere letter of recommendation from a school principal - no WASC. Buhari is now mingling with enlightened, well educated people, telling them that he wants to become their president. Lol!!!
