You do have a valid point.

It would have been better for Buhari (or someone before him) to have used concrete instead of asphalt on that road.

However, no matter how well an asphalt road is built, its longetivity simply doesn't compare with concrete.

The good thing is that these "Umahi cement roads" will last for a very long while to come.

It is an absolute waste of money now for them to talk about concrete now since it wasn't done then. The road is not 10KM. It is 130KM plus

It is not that we don't have other roads that are still begging for attention. We have lots and lots of it. Fix those with concrete and fix bad portions of the Lagos Ibadan express rod
