IbeOkehie: This is PRECISELY what I hate about immigrants now and this is what provokes hate, racism, and far right ideology among White populations or actually Native Populations EVERYWHERE. For example, this is the EXACT complaint that Yorubas have about Igbo people living in Lagos and I very much agree with the Yoruba. This is what is motivating the current Japanese Government and also Denmark. Let the Muslims talk crap in Denmark and Japan now and see what happens. They should stage large protest marches and riots like they do in the UK let's see.
It's really funny to read Black Africans chancing Oyibo about "stolen land" in North America and "equity" when your biggest country Nigeria, the 6th largest crude oil & natural gas producer, is also the Poverty Capital of the World. Yeah, Nigerians are soooo smart
The Black African victims of Apartheid are the RICHEST BLACK AFRICANS on the Continent...NOT Nigerians and we all know WHY!!!!
Black South Africans have played it smart, they don't tolerate mass immigration from BLACK AFRICAN countries and they're learning to protect their own White producers and enjoying the INEVITABLE benefits that flow to almost EVERYONE from an Anglo dominated capitalist system. Nigerians should always thank Black Americans for being so accommodating, against their own interests.
Abeg make I hear word jare! President Trump needs to buckle down and get to work, he hasn't even started.
Good Luck to Nigeria. Which yorubas are complaining about Igbos? Abi tribal and ethnic war lords like you that have nothing to say except ethnic baithing here and there Iranu |

Those who called GEJ all types of names and carried his coffin. Those who threatened people who now gets angry when the other person only replies back verbally with no threats or deaths. Not with violence, but giving it back to back verbally because the last time I know,we have freedom of speech in Nigeria But it gets you angry and annoyed. I have been reading about those events as a student of politics for years. Go and read and stop listening to your uncles who are totally bereft of ideas..
To his credit though, OBJ has been nice to that family since he became a civilian president. If OBJ believes Ironsi was involved in the January coup, he wouldn't ever have appointed Ironsis son to replace Danjuma as defence minister. He was making a statement there with that appointment.. You dont need to shout and tear your pants. No be small pickin you dey follow talk Show evidence of where Obasanjo was with Kaduna on the night of the coup. Show evidence of where Obasanjo was one of them that went to prevail on Ironisi for soft landing. You need to show it and not just wail and cry like a child. Some of us know better than you throwing falsehoods all about. So before I answer you further, please show it and stop throwing lies or you keep shut |
Politics › Re: Obasanjo With Late Aguiyi Ironsi's Wife In Abia State (Throwback Photos) by happney65: 4:58pm On Jan 07 |
No MadPolitician: Had nothing to do with loyalty. Has everything to do with guilty conscience..
OBJ was one of the soldiers sent by Nzeogwu to discuss with Lagos authorities qbout his surrender after the January 1966 coup failed.
OBJ was with Nzeogwu on the night of the coup but was not informed because Nzeogwu though too friendly with him, never trusted him that much.
At Lagos, OBJ decided to join the Lagos forces led by Ironsi and encouraged Nzeogwu to come to Lagos, insisting that he had a good agreement with Ironsi and that he will be safe.
On landing at Lagos from kaduna, Nzeogwu was promptly arrested by Aguiyi Ironsi forces and detained afterwards till the war broke out..
Again, Ironsi appointed Fajuyi as the Premier of the Western Region. OBJ expected that for his efforts during the January coup, Ironsi would have made him Premier instead of Fajuyi. That didn't happen, so on the night Ironsi was abducted and killed in the Western region by northern forces, OBJ who was at Abeokuta refused to lift a finger to save him.
OBJ knows everything about that January coup, and he knows the good intentions of Nzeogwu, that was why the first place he visited after he was released from prisons was Nzeogwus hometown in Delta State to see Nzeogwus ageing mother. He also stated many times in his book "My Command" that Ironsi was totally innocent.
So na guilty conscience dey worry am If they arrest you now,you will be crying. Isnt it? Your 3rd and 4th paragraph is false and a host of others too are nothing but blatant lies |
