Secondly, marriage rites differ from state to state.
The 500k is for places like Mbaise, mbaino and some areas in Imo state.
Even at that, sometimes the bride's family sometimes takes most of the responsibility.

He went and paid the dowry from the onset and when the family asked to him to come for traditional wedding, he told them he would do that later.
