I work with Oyo state government in some capacity, I know what I am talking about regarding the neglect of education.

Especially secondary and primary school.

The neglect in public secondary and primary schools is massive and it was caused by previous administration most especially Ajimobi of yesterday. That is why I still insist Ajimobi didn't do much

The last time there was recruitment of any sort in primary schools was in 2003 under Ladoja. Correct me if am wrong. With lots of them retired.

Public primary schools are nothing to write home about.

Even secondary school. Ajimobi did less than 2000 recruitment. A recruitment that wasn't transparent

Seyi recruited 5000 whopping secondary school teachers and which the recruitment was open and transparent.

About a week ago, recruitment for 7000 primary school teachers was just made open and another 1000 for special schools with renovation of schools starting in conjunction with the World Bank

You see he is starting from scratch and the rot of many many years won't go away in a Jiffy

TBH, I didn't follow the prosecution's closing argument. I only learned snippets of their (4+hr) argument.
But I gathered that the DA's team hammered on the fact that Cohen was not some random guy on the street who was subpoenaed to testify on the witness stand; that his testimony should be basically a solid base to find Trump guilty as charged. I'm not so sure that would be a convincing argument to the jury when the witness, himself, testified under oath that he committed a felony, under NY law, by stealing money from his former employers.
However, the jury may rest easy when returning a guilty verdict because Judge Merchan advised them that Trump may not necessarily be jailed as punishment.
