I thought they said if those conditions are met at the stipulated time.. Then the next line of action would be what what was agreed on at the referendum.. Isn't that the point of it all

All what he's saying is about buhari being a good person to the people surrounding him, what about the people he rules over who live far away from him can they say this same thing about him...
