NPF are not dumb, they are simply following instructions from Imo State government. Like IPOB terrorists insinuated, Uzodinma should be brought in to answer queries. NPF should investigate and tell us when Gulak came into the state, whom he visited, where he lodged, who and who saw him alive before his death, why he didn't go with guards and who was the Uber driver. I suspect that Gulak has been coming to Owerri to receive some form of payments and other financial favours from the governor as agreed rewards for the role he played.

Now what if the governor wants to eliminate him to prevent this incessant financial burden. Remember Dr Kemi Olunloyo said that their was a bag of money with Gulak in the car which his killers took away.

Why didn't Gulak invite police escort which he could easily do? Could it be because he has some illegal cash which he didn't want the public to be aware of?

If dumb NPF knows their job, they would've listened to his calls in the last three days thru the help of network providers from there ascertain reasons why he is in Owerri and the people he has been talking to.

Outrightly blaming IPOB shows that they are DUMB.
