The ivory coast victory means you should always have something to play for at all times. If we played them we would have lost with the way we make our changes in the last 15 minutes.

Maybe good for today's game, but think about it this way , we were trying to manage a game we were already assured of top spot despite being 3 goals up. Secondly, we needed to see all our players and know how well they can solidify the tactics.
Anytime there is a change in formation, all the players become confused. Every mistake made by the players has its root in the change of tactics.
You can still manage a game with 2 strikers on the field.

We might be in trouble in the next round if the pattern of substitution remains the same. The coach is expected to make like for like changes. I keep saying it that the setup must remain the same from beginning till the end.

Always have 2 STRIKERS ON THE PITCH at all times, when that happens no striker tires out , no injuries, more goal scoring options and most importantly, the tempo never drops. A good team might capitalize on this and knock us out.

The coach needs to do better in this aspect. This message must get to the coach. If anyone here has the means to do so please do.

It will make osihmen tired and get injured what is wrong with dessers.

The coach is supposed to make like for like changes , keep two strikers up front. But the coach messes things up.

Osayi should help us deliver crosses into the box, what is all this hesitation all the time.

Baba, some people cannot see beyond their hate dislike for SA. lt's the reason I was given flak for listing them in my top 5 favourites to win the AFCON.

SA na very good team. In the last two years, we've met them thrice and have not been able to dominate, outplay or defeat them in regulation time. In the same vein, they defeated teams we could not in the WCQs.

Aside the results, SA plays very good footie. The way they set up, take up positions, knock the ball around, play with almost telepathic understanding is a joy to watch and is indicative of a well-coached and well-drilled side. Their loss to Egypt today doesn't change how I rate them.

SA's total output is far greater than the sum of their individual parts. The Super Eagles on the other hand, despite having higher individual quality produces less output in terms of quality of play.

Me, I'll be glad to see our team play the way SA does because if we can raise our game play to that level then forget we go win this AFCON.

We need a south African coach for our super eagles and maybe later the super falcons. They know what they are doing up there.

We need our coach to be a bit more intelligent with substitutions. Make them but let the structure be there.
If you are going to bring in dele bashiru put him in the middle and play lookman and Simon wide.
